We got a hot breakfast and 2 free cocktails each day we were there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every person we met, from the front desk, the night auditor, the breakfast room chef, and the bartender, were so happy and nice. The room was spacious and very clean, and the walk in shower didn't leak all over the floor.

We had the ground floor room looking on the pool and next to the door from the lobby, so it was a little noisy until everyone went to bed, but since the rest of the experience was so good we didn't really mind.

Breakfast was good, and I like how it was prepared fresh in front of you. Very friendly staff. The cocktail reception is fun. Love that the pool is heated.

My number 1 complaint is that my shower had ZERO water pressure, it was a very sad and irritating shower. Secondly, it seems as though the walls and doors are thick enough as the people above us kept us up all night due to what sounded like running/stomping and the people that would walk in the hallway, it’s like as if our door was wide open… just very transparent with sound.

Well, I really liked the hotel room, I chose the third floor instead of the second floor because of the elevator. I also liked the bed because I can get comfortable. When I walked inside my hotel room (#343), I noticed there was a couch which I really liked so I can sit down and watch tv. Laundromat service stood out to me because I can wash my clothes there while staying. Forgot to mention I also liked the swimming pool. I also liked how clean the hotel was when I arrived as well.

Honestly, not much, the things I didn't like were no paper towels at the sink near the door. I wish there was paper towels near the sink because I noticed that there was tissues but no paper towels.

Staff was very accomidating, we had to change our reservation several times, and they didn't blink an eye. Location is very convenient, restauraunts and shopping close by, right off the freeway. Very large location with several buildings. Parking is a little tight by the end of the night, but as long as you're willing to walk, you can find a space.

I'd call the facilities "well used" everything worked, and was clean, but this obviously isn't a new hotel. Breakfast was acceptable, but not the greatest. Rooms facing the pool can be a bit loud during the day with kids playing, but the A/C noise will drown them out.

I loved the room, and the pool area the most. I also really enjoyed the drinks and appetizers in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. My son and I were on a week long roadtrip and we stayed at a different place just about every night. This was one of my favorites.

The only complaint I have really is from my 12 year old son. After our long drive, activities that day and the heat, my son was looking forward to some relaxing down time in the hotel room to play his online games on his iPad, and was very frustrated with the WiFi. He said it was very slow and he kept getting kicked off.

This was such a jewel and surprise checking in. We had to take the elevator. We walked past the pool and it’s first time I’ve ever seen quite a few people in the pool all having a fun time.! we checked in with our little Yorky we got a goodie bag with treats and a toy. Her room was beautiful great view of the pool and quite large everything in the room was appointed beautifully. We were not in need of anything. The happy hour was fabulous and a drink you wanted, and even hors d’oeuvres or served. Later on that night, my husband went down to get an ice cream from their little store and asked how much they were, There was no charge. The breakfast was great and they had plenty of help and very clean. This property has everything that all the other properties have cut out to save money. What a wonderful treat to stay there.

Nothing we loved everything

The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. I don't think we've ever had better staff at any hotel. The food was far above the standard for most. We had to move rooms our first night, and staff were especially helpful and patient through the process. The room was as expected at an Oxford and had everything we needed.

The lights were on the dim side.

The room was good. There was a divider between the living and bedroom. The bathroom was good. The breakfast was good. It is from 6-9 am on weekdays and till 10 on weekends. They also had one complimentary drink for the night. Parking had ample space.

If you are planning for a stay for two adults and a kid, the bed in king suite might not be sufficient. Would opt for a two-queen-bedroom

It's always a relief when I arrive at your hotel. It's consistently clean and super comfortable. Having a sitting room was an added pleasure. I was able to unwind with a book and a snack. The breakfast was perfect. I hit the road early so I was so pleased to have a hot meal right in the hotel. No extra stops to try to find something in a town I'm not familiar with. Thank you.

beds were very comfortable and the room we had was excellent in size. plenty of room for the three of us. complimentary adult beverage was a nice surprise and the breakfast was decent.

had a grumpy bartender as he was shutting down at 9:30: and we arrived late to the hotel and just made it to the bar at 9:25, so were grudgingly accommodated
