The lobby area was very welcoming. A nice place to sit if you didn't want to stay in your room. Abigail was friendly, efficient, helpful when she checked me in. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The place was quiet. The drapes closed well for darkness and privacy. The beds were comfortable. The 3 pillows varied in style and thickness. The air conditioner was exceptional. Fairly quiet and worked perfectly. I really liked that I could go to breakfast within the lobby/seating area. The food was fresh and good. Nice selection and good quality.

The room doors are heavy and you can hear them opening and closing (in corridor) but that's fine as I like that the doors will close completely for security.

The food was good at the free breakfast. They had scrambled eggs but no meat offerings during the 2 days we stayed. Plenty of juice options and yogurts and cereals. The location is in a business district area. You either had a view of the front parking lot or the pool area which backs up to a motel/apartment complex where huge heavy work trucks are parked. You really could not hear the large trucks from inside the room, but not much of a view at all.

My husband and I stayed for 2 days and they only stocked the bathroom with enough bath linens/towels for 1 day. They do not offer room cleaning except for every other day. I did have to request new bath set for the next day which they delivered while we were gone for the day. We pay enough $ not to have to reuse dirty towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Friendly man that checked us in, super comfortable (not too mushy) mattress, nightlight in bathroom was a nice touch. The AC was nice and cold and didn't shut off in the middle of the night like it does in most hotels, leaving you with waking up to a hot room in the middle of the night.

The AC was nice and cold, but we couldn't get the fan to stay ON even when the AC was at temp. It kept shutting the fan off which we like to keep on all night as white noise. We had to use our phones to create our own white noise and mask the AC fan shutting off/on all night. At least the room stayed the same temp (cold, the way we like it) all night.

Location is great, front desk folks are awesome. Comfortable bed and room. Pool was clean, although surrounding area of the pool had some trash in planters (lame guest moves).

The breakfast bar was out of coffee and milk when I got there at 8 a.m. When I notified a staff member, she seemed pretty annoyed about it, but both were eventually replaced. The elevator was out the first night we were there. We had to climb stairs in 100+ degree heat.

The breakfast was excellent. Eggs, sausage and waffles were very tasty and hot. Great verity. It’s always something we look forward to when we stay at one of your hotels

The Breakfast, The Staff, the Pool and Lobby…

Booking .com had a photo of the room I reserved with a couch/coffee table and it was incorrect per Hotel and they were going to contact Booking .com about it. They let me move all my stuff to the room I thought it was.

The breakfast was fine. Quick and convenient. The location is excellent. Centrally located, easy access to major freeways and not so close to the freeways that you can hear them at all! Heated pool and spa were also welcome amenities. Very clean facility.

Stayed on the upper floor of this very quiet hotel. Selected this property because it was off the freeway yet easily accessed when I left.

Everything was fine. All parking is on the eastside of the building as the back faced another property. Would have liked to had the chance to keep an eye on my car but would have to have a room not on the west side to do so.

Wonderful helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very clean

Only comment is that one of our windows was unlocked when I checked them. We were on the ground floor and the windows opened onto the parking lot. Not secure at all.

Absolutely loved our stay. Clean, quiet, centrally located. Staff were friendly and professional. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. Breakfast was yummy. Will definitely stay there again.
