The room was clean and well appointed with working amenities. There was a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The view from the front parking lot was nice - we could see Mt. Shasta in the distance. The desk clerk recommended we visit the Sundial bridge which was pleasant.

The elevator was extremely slow and noisy - it didn't inspire confidence. The view outside our window was the Harley Davidson parking lot next door, along with the concomitant motorcycle noises until they closed in the evening.

Clean hotel in a good location with plenty of parking available. AC was doing strong and silent.

Breakfast choice is kinda poor, my kid has allergy for eggs, so his choice for morning meal was very limited. No water bottles provided in the room. Coffee maker and fridge were not properly cleaned. AC control was non-obvious, some posted instruction would help. Too close to I5 highway, kind of noisy. TV did not want to work thru HDMI, and you won't want to use pool for 2nd time - chlorine smell forcing tears, and too hot in there. Only one room cleaning for 4 days and nobody vacuumed the floor or made beds.

It was a nice place to rest after spending 3 days in the mountains camping with my daughter.

I didn’t mention this because I would be there only for 1 night, but the bathtub was full of hair. It needed to be cleaned. The reason I didn’t mention it was because by the time I left the hotel nobody was at the front desk and I just dropped off my key.

Newly remodeled - very nice. Quiet, and the staff is excellent. Plenty of parking (we were pulling a trailer). Appreciated the breakfast and the morning coffee.

I think the price was a bit on the high side for the facility and location. Definitely this is one of the best choices in Redding, but I can stay at the same type of hotel outside of Washington DC for the same price. This is a $125 room that cost $178.

A large selection of breakfast items, including hot dishes. The room was outstanding, a comfortable King bed, large TV, chaise lounge, desk, spotlessly cleaned. Good bathroom and makeup lighting. Lots of floor space. A mini fridge and microwave.

My check-in staff was outstanding, friendly and efficient, very welcoming, really set the tone for the stay. The morning staff was inattentive, backs to the guests, and let the coffee run out at breakfast.

The rooms were clean and bed comfortable

The “breakfast” area was very crowded and with lots of guests it forced you walk through tightly seated guests. Nobody monitored food so it was empty and left open and I watched someone cough right in it. They need a side entrance. ADA would not be able to access it with the crowds you have to maneuver. I didn’t eat

Parking lot was well lighted, The Staff was so friendly, The Hotel was really clean!! I appreciated the wonderful breakfast that was offered, there was something for everyone.. I will definitely keep this on my favorites for staying, if passing through again on a trip.

It was easy to find, easy to park & not worry about our car, easy to check in & out. The room was clean, roomy and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The smell was nice.

The freeway & local motorcycle shop noise. We didn’t know how close they were. Yikes.

Property is clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is top notch with lots of choices like Eggs, Potatoes, Sausage, bread, yogurt, juice, coffee etc. Very close to I5.

Wifi speed, it’s still using 2G network in the era of 5G

The breakfast Holiday Inn served was delicious my coworkers and I enjoyed it a lot. The bed from my room was comfortable and soft which I greatly appreciated after a long day out in the field.

The hotel did not have water fountain or water in the room.
