Gal, who checked us in, was super friendly and accommodated me and my family by holding my room (I arrived 2 hrs later) so we all could be on the same floor next door to each other. The room was super clean, the beds were cozy, good size tv, microwave fridge, hot shower with great pressure! I had read in reviews that a guest found bed bugs after staying there, BUT I checked and can confirm they do NOT have bed bugs. In fact, the rooms look renovated. :) Iron and ironing board in room. Coffee maker with coffee and fixings!

TV only had 5 channels and was fuzzy. Thwy could provide more towels. Maybe 4 instead of 2 and same with washcloths.

My husband and I stopped at the Red Roof twice during a long road trip with our two dogs - on the way there and back. Excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, excellent spacious rooms, huge king size bed, clean linens, large TV, everything you need for a snack - there is a microwave, a refrigerator, a simple coffee machine, but you can... make good coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent modern sink and large mirror with LED backlight. The bathroom is clean, there are enough towels, in general - a great option for just spending the night, or staying for a few days! And most importantly - it was quiet! Our voyage occurred during the Christmas holidays, so the hotel was full, but we were not disturbed by extraneous sounds. We slept well and continued on our way. Special thanks for the opportunity to stay with dogs, and at no additional cost! We will choose Red Roof on our future trips!

The only comments, if you find fault))) would be the bedspread on the bed with dirty stains (perhaps they simply couldn’t wash something, but the thought comes to mind that the bedspread is simply not replaced with bed linen) By the way, there are no complaints about the bed linen . One more thing: on our first stop, the freezer compartment in the refrigerator was completely covered in ice, and we were unable to put food in there that was supposed to remain frozen. On our second stop, the refrigerator was clean, but even with it turned on full blast, we couldn't get our frozen food to stay frozen in the freezer overnight. All the products melted, we again could not save them(

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. The check in and check out people were nice. Close to the freeway to continue our journey. Good place for a night.

The location was a little tricky to get to. I didn't realize it was a one way street with 3 lanes until we got there and we had to make a right and then an immediate left into the driveway. The Wi-Fi kept dropping. There were only 2 big towels when we had 3 guests and the room fit 4. The phone didn't work to call the front desk. We were too tired to go to the office to work out the issues.

It was a decent motel for the price. Beds were fairly comfortable. Shower had good water pressure.

There was a “splatter” on the headboard. Felt gross sleeping in the bed but I don’t sleep under the covers. Shower drain doesn’t drain. Idk why this is common at most motels that the drains don’t drain properly. Big ick factor for me. The staff was probably my biggest turn off. Nothing over the top. The guy checking in was very stern. Not very personable. Direct and to the point. Not necessarily a bad thing. When I went to check out as I was walking up to the lobby doors I noticed a guy sleeping in a chair. Thought it was odd since it was first thing in the morning and a guest should have been rested. Turns out it was the front counter worker. Again not a big issue just not very professional. No big issues that we wouldn’t stay again.

It’s exactly as represented in the photos. It was right next to a very decent restaurant called LuLu’s where we got a late dinner. It was a fair price and a hour stopping place I’ve an overnight when travelling. Their price for pets was fair and reasonable. Desk staff were pleasant.

The heating/cooling unit was very loud everytime it kicked in and woke me up several times.

Overall the room was all ok it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a comfortable king bed. The light in the room was okay and parking was also easy.

The only thing was the vent fan noise. It was too loud like an electric generator. If you are going to get room#124 make sure you check the vent fan before settling down.

Really comfy bed, good size room, staff were brilliant, wifi was good, clean

Not the hotels fault but there was a really loud horn type thing all through the night both nights from somewhere off the property. Luckily I had earplugs but wouldn’t have been able to sleep without them!

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was small but clean

Location was a bit sketchy,lots of late night people about, so I checked my vehicle twice during the night, all good in the morning.

Staff - Maax was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with all the tourist places to visit in and around Redding. Also brewed fresh coffee for us when it was over.

Could be cleaner. Felt weird using the bedsheets/blankets and towels. Wasn’t comfortable.

Pet friendly. Restaurant next door Good overnight place to stop as we drive from Canada to Palm Springs. Good beds( king size which is rare in a budget hotel)!

Restaurant was closed the night we stayed Bathroom fan really noisy) Touch key entry is “ touchy”!
