Clean large room with 2 seating areas, microwave, and fridge. I personally liked the fact that they only had room service every other day because I'm the sort of person that usually leaves the "Do Not Disturb" sign on their door anyways.

The air-conditioner/ heater was quite loud, but it didn't delay my sleep any more than a few minutes. Also the hot tub was out of order and I had been looking forward to using it.

Convenient. Didn't feel overcrowded. Breakfast was good. Pool was relaxing. Hot tub even more relaxing.

The bed was hard and felt every spring. The shower ledge to sit things on had soap residue on it. There was hair on the shower wall. Hair on the vanity in the bathroom. Toilet paper roll under the counter appeared to have been opened and poop chunk was rewrapped in the outer paper. Had to ask daily for towels and/or toilet paper. I didn't ask for maid service, I didn't know I wouldn't get towels if I didn't and would have to ask. I wish the pool would stay open later. I wish breakfast stayed open l9nger and included fresh fruit as an option.

We both were blown away to receive a phone call mid-afternoon of our trip onward, that I had left my everything bag in the room. We had not realized it yet, and to receive a call that it had been found and turned in and could be mailed to us, was absolutely wonderful!!! It is a little too far to drive from our daughter's house to your hotel, and we didn't plan to do it again. But now, we definitely will be back next time we travel to CA from our home near Portland. Too far, or not, we will be back to a place with that level of care and service! I think her name was Corrie. Awesome caring service!

The breakfast was a little awkward. I didn't see quickly where things were and had to ask about a couple of things in order to find them. The eggs weren't very warm and by the time I found everything for my waffle, it was cold. :(

Breakfast exceeded our families expectations. It was a full breakfast with a lot of choices such as different types of fruits (oranges, bananas, pear, apple and avocado). There was also dairy free milk such as almond milk. There were cereals, muffins, waffles, bagels, sliced bread, oatmeal for carbs. Omelet and sausage patties for protein.

Nothing. It was clean and convenient to get to from I-5. There was also a pool and hot tub, but we didn't use it, but we would have if we had enough time. We used the fitness room to work out. It was clean and just what we needed to work out with weights.

Good variety of breakfast foods. Enough food for the crowds. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There were no instructions in the room about how to use the TV, couldn't find CC on Tv, The thermostat for the heat and air were difficult to use. Had to get help. There was not a Bible in the room, asked for one, not a sheet of paper, or any instructions about the check out process, where to leave your door pass. Asked questions and they were answered but would have been easier to have the info available.

Everything was great... except for one thing.

The front desk staff (older lady) was rude...there was a line to check in and the front desk staff called the customer behind me and assisted that customer. The customer behind me was nice and she told the front desk staff she can wait and for the front desk staff to assist me first because I'm first in line, but the front desk staff insisted. There was no apologies what so ever from the front desk when she got to me

Breakfast was great. The pet area is clean and poop bags are provided. The beds are comfortable. The location is super convenient, right next to the 5 Fwy.

The door to our room didn't shut completely unless you pulled it closed. I requested a king suite next to the dog area, but they placed me kind of far away, at the farthest room from the dog area. I ended up taking a double queen room because it was next to the dog area as I requested. We never got hot water, only warm when we went to shower. Very disappointing.

Well, the things that I liked were the elevator, hotel room, hotel service, the television, couch, bed, and table. I noticed that there was a vending machine on the first floor next to the ice machine and on the third floor as well. I didn't use the vending machine during my stay. I also liked the indoor swimming pool as well. I also liked the breakfast at the hotel.

The things I didn't like were the bathroom door making noise, when I open the bathroom door, it started making noise which I was not expecting.

Location is excellent. We always stay here when we are commuting the long drive to Portland. The breakfast was very good this time, scrambled eggs that were delicious, sausage links, bacon, biscuits & gravy. They have a waffle maker if you are interested and there was many choices of cereals, yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread. The room is nicely arranged. Dog friendly and dog area was grassy, nice and clean, with potty bags provided.

We had a double queen room. Only the inside sleepers shared a nightstand. Since we shared 1 bed, my husband ended up on the side with no nightstand. Kind of annoying.

I will not that the hotel is fairly clean but probably wouldn’t stay again with unfriendly staff and not entirely dog friendly with not area for designated dog relief area

When I was checking in and I was paying for my stay the front desk associate couldn’t take cash because there was no manager to access the drawer. Which I found ridiculous since I like to pay in cash when I travel from saving up and because it’s legal tender. So I had to use my debit card to pay for the hotel and now have to stop at the bank to replenish those funds. Also, although it’s dog friendly, there is no designated area for your dog to relieve itself. I had to walk across the street of the hotel in the night with hardly any light. Not safe at all.
