I enjoyed the Holiday inn IHG very much. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Especially like the Keurig in the room.

What I didn't like was they charge an incidental fee of $50 on my credit card which they say I'll get back 7 to 14 days. That's my interest in my money that I could be getting. The way I look at it they do this to a few thousand people that get a lot of interest on people's money. I think that is crooked and should stop immediately!

Everything was so clean!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I originally was booked for another hotel but so glad I didn’t go! This was a wonderful experience room was big I got 2 bed which also came with a pull out couch room was definitely worth the money and the star ratings!

Very impressed by the desk clerk who checked us in. So nice and friendly and helpful. We were pretty tired and I told him how I appreciate his friendliness and assistance for our room!! Great customer service!!

Thought the breakfast was included, and it was not.

Checked out a day early and was told I would need to get in touch with booking.com for refund. I responded to a booking.com email for the refund but have not received anything yet. Including no response whatsoever.

The room is clean and their breakfast was delicious. The staff is really nice and welcome. I would love to come to sleep at their hotel again next time I come in Redding. 🤗

The staff was very good. They promptly provided more pillows when we asked. It was good basic service.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so some services were not available.

I love the new renovation. Well done. Also loved the front desk employee. She listened to me and helped me get what I needed. Really set the tone for a wonderful stay.

Good old fashioned hotel. Large rooms, solid walls, an aircon you can switch off. Great breakfast with real plates and cutlery not that disposable stuff you get everywhere else

Nice looking on outside.

The wheelchair lift didn’t work. No one seemed to know how to troubleshoot it. Had to go outside and walk around building - thankfully weather was dry.

The staff was great. Nice, there's a restaurant right there. Free coffee in the room or at the front desk area. The only thing that was dirty was the hall carpets needed a good shampoo. The room was clean and comfortable.
