The pool was pristine, crystal clear and NO chemical odor at all on your skin. Eyes underwater, no problem. Restaurant serves very nice food for their dinner guests (and lunch, I assume). Waitstaff knows my family so we get great service, but the service staff in the am also very nice and accommodating. Our daughters’ family had a room where you hung things up and could see them - no closet doors - so no things left behind. I wish ours had that, as I don’t use any space in a drawer or closet with doors for anything less than several nights’ stay, as too risky to leave things behind.

The bed, frankly, felt like I was rolling off of it - kind of sloping toward the edge, and I’m not heavy! Like the mattress is past its prime. The charging “cables” from the phone did not work, and there were no usb outlets at all. The electrical outlets on one side of one lamp only held onto our charging block. All the others - it fell out. The tub in bathroom was grimey, yellow, stained at the grout line, and because it was extra high to climb in, i slipped and fell getting out - no hand rails at the end where you’d exit! Reading, relaxing chairs in the bedroom were grimy.

The breakfast and rooms were good. Best Western Plus standard so good bed and everything you need for a short/medium stay. The big surprise for us was the excellent restaurant and bar where we sat outside and enjoyed dinner and the Magoritas. We used the laundry here after 15 days on the road, it was modern and worked well.

This is a good hotel, but because it's a low-rise, some of the rooms are a bit of a hike from the restaurant. Other than that the breakfast room could be better located in the restaurant, it's a bit dull in there. It's a pity because at night the restaurant is nice.

I loved that it had a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Parking was fantastic for me with a larger vehicle. Breakfast was significantly better than most hotel breakfasts. The food in the restaurant is spectacular. And JT, the bartender is a great guy who really knows how to take care of customers.

It could use a couple more elevators, it's a pretty spread out place. I'm also not a huge fan of outside access for the rooms. I prefer to interior access.

Pet room on ground floor with exterior access and parking right outside door. Clean room with good lighting. Parking lot security. One of the best hotel breakfasts. Sink outside toilet/shower area with great lighting around mirror. Good selection of tv stations. Great temperature control in room. Shutters on windows. Comfortable beds. Allow pets. Quiet shower - couldn't hear it from bed area! Overall quiet room.

Pet fee on top of higher price for pet friendly room... $30. Would love to see a "My Pillow" option among 4 little pillows on each bed.

The location and cleanliness.

The maid knocked on the door at around 10:00 or 11 am. Checkout isn’t until 12:00. My husband was sitting in the chair by the door and didn’t even have time to stand and open the door before the maid opened it herself. This annoys me. Wait until 12 before knocking and disturbing your guest. I understand they may want to see if they can clean the room but it makes guest feel like they are being rushed to check out. I paid $347 for one night. Be patient. Or call the front desk to see if your quest checked out before knocking or opening their door. We don’t even want you to knock just in case we are still asleep or even worse getting dressed.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of hot water and parking for the whole hotel. The air-conditioning worked great and was quiet. There is a kuregg coffee maker in the room. The mini fridge worked. The breakfast was outstanding, there was so many options that both of my picky eaters found food they enjoyed. We were only here for 1 night and did not visit the pool since we visited the water works park.

The only issue i had was that there was No microwave in room and there is no curtains, the shutters let in light from the parking lot so the room doesn't get dark dark. So it took time to get use to it. I usually sleep in complete darkness.

I can't stress enough how this property exceeded my expectations, especially compared to my previous stays in this trip and their prices (not related to this hotel chain). It was cozy, super clean, amazing restaurant, amazing staff, great breakfast. It was so good I wished we stayed a bit longer.

Nothing really. This property was everything we were looking for and more! If I had to say anything, the rooms at the back of the hotel are facing I-5 and you will hear vehicles in the distance. It did not stop me from having a good night sleep, though.

the restaurant was really good, they let us get takeout to eat in our room and it was so nice after a long day of driving. the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. location was right off of I5 and even though it seemed to be a very popular place for travelers and locals, we didn’t hear any noise and were able to sleep peacefully. breakfast was the same- very good quality for a free breakfast buffet. my husband wants to come back to Redding just to stay here again.

I can’t really think of anything negative to say about it, I was only there one night.

We liked that was attached to a restaurant with a bar. The staff was very friendly.

There was no microwave in the room. We had a plugged sink when we first got there and had to have maintenance clear it. The drain was better, but still drained slow. The soap and shampoo dispensers worked poorly.

Good safe location. Clean room. Comfortable bed with good bedding and pillows. The adjoining restaurant is convenient and high quality.

My room was quite dated. Bathroom was old but the plumbing worked well. The last time I stayed in this motel was 8 years ago and little had changed. The room rate was higher than it should be so I do not consider it good value.
