Breakfast bars and coffee was available at the reception. Cold water bottles/ cold water refill available. Location absolutely in the center of Redding. Every amenity within walking distance. An incredible team led by Alex, manages this hotel. We had to extend our stay by 2 days as we had a road accident and lost all our bags in a theft. Kevin at the reception went home after work and got us clothes to wear, to tide us over. Heather, Lauren, Tobias & David went out of their way to support us during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel. From managing incoming calls from CHP, to David driving us to get stuff and Alex offering to drive us to the Airport when we left Redding. I have never experienced support of this level ever. The team managing this hotel is unbelievable. My wife and I would like to thank all of you for being such compassionate and supportive human beings.

Super Cute Retro/ mid century modern style .Love, Love How clean even down to the cute shutters on windows, & Artificial succulent in bathroom, no marks , no dust beautiful , Excellent comfort bed, microwave, fridge packed w/ little cute touches clean cloths& plush not usual hotel towels etc , No Dust , cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, So impressed!! -- Such friendly, caring staff , Thank you we'll be back & spread the word highly recommend, great ease of pkg quiet stay!! Love the location (walking distance to a few restaurants), the staff was friendly, and most importantly, the property is dog friendly! I also liked that they offer free parking, free water, and lots of misters for the summer months.

There wasn't a ton that I didn't like. If I had to nitpick, I would say that parking can get a bit tight at night since there is really only one space for each room. Also the bathroom had no door so privacy when traveling with others could be an issue.

The staff is SUPER-friendly & they made us feel they do care about our stay and making sure our service dogs are also comfortable! Answered all of my questions related to the stay and where to go (Sundial Bridge, breweries, etc...) We loved the renovation and the style they picked for motel-themed! I could not believe how many people used the gas firepit to chat that night and they also used the same place for their coffee/breakfast!

I’m exceptionally pleased with the rooms for dog owners. I was traveling with my 2 dogs and my husband. The floors were polished concrete, perfect!!! I was not concerned with their nails scratching up carpet or linoleum floors. If the dog water spilled, it was easy to wipe up with the extra towels specifically designated for messes. It was very clean. The bed was more comfortable and stable then some Hilton’s I have visited.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful, will recommend to my friends.

Only suggestion that I have is that green patch for pets to relieve should be a little bigger, currently its tiny compared to other facilities.

The room was spotless...exceptionally clean. The bathroom was great with a great shower. The staff went over and above to make sure that we were comfortable! It's a great location...walkable to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful meeting our needs. Being a wheelchair user, travel is not always without issues. The afternoon manager took the time to visit the room with us, even offered to help carry in luggage. Returning later in the evening, the night manager noticed that the handicap parking outside our room was not available but soon notified us that the space had cleared and we were able to move closer. The facility is recently updated, access ramps are well designed, the room was squeaky clean, and the outside accessories were comfortable and convenient. We would happily stay there again when visiting family in Redding.

Big fluffy gray towels and roomy hot shower. Comfy bed and different pillow options. Mini fridge with freezer so I could refreeze my ice packs. Appreciated the microwave. The floor in the bathroom was not cold at all and kinda cushy - that was such a surprise perk. Parking close to stairs up to room. Wifi was truly free and didn't have to sign up for anything, just put in the password.

Service was excellent. Like the communication through test msgs. Made it easier and for a smoother process.
