The whole place is very new and the staff is very friendly. I drove south from Oregon and I think this place is more comfortable and more cost-effective than Redding. This store is very close to I5, surrounded by Chinese restaurants and Burger King, and you can't hear the sound of I5

I must point out that it seems like the soundproofing is good on the left and right walls, but not so good on the top and bottom. I can hear the noise from above...

Newly remodeled. Great water pressure. A couple fast food places, a Dollar Tree, Starbucks and gas station close by. Took a long walk early morning and didn’t encounter any nefariousness! I requested and got a room downstairs. Well lit parking lot. Room for smaller trailers.

No movie channels. Two wooden chairs, but prefer a more comfortable place to sit! Just know that it’s a long walk if your room is upstairs and in the middle!

The room was very basic, no frills. But the bed was comfortable, everything was immaculate, towels were clean, there were no annoying lights shining in our room, the area was quiet and felt safe. The room had no smell at all (no bad smells, no perfumes, just clean and neutral). There was no sign of any bugs. The air conditioner worked the first time, and was quiet, and had no mildew. Really, if you're tired and just need a place to sleep in peace, this place is perfect.

I make this Motel a routine monthly visit and I book it 20 to 30 days in advance. I always get a call or text on the reservation day to confirm. I'm not always available to call back or text. I understand they'd like to confirm if I'll be there or not, but it's annoying...the need to confirm again after I made a reservation.

would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room instead of the lobby

Location and price

I reserved two rooms three months in advance, but I didn't get them close to each other. The hotel mentioned that because I didn't add it in the notes, the rooms were not next to each other. I think it is common sense; if I'm reserving two rooms, it means that we are traveling together, and we want to have the rooms closer.

It was a great, updated and clean room. Exceeded my expectations and the value for the buck was perfect! Thank you! Front desk lady was very nice and friendly.

Honestly, can’t think of anything. Light in bathroom that stayed on for a while and was motion sensored was a little confusing because I tried every switch to turn it off and realized hours later it just turned off but that is so minimal. Everything was great, great!

I stay here every time on my way to LA and back. I love everything about this place. Last Night the lady that checked is in, (I didn't get her name, dang it) but she was amazing with superior customer service. Will be back through in a couple days. BONUS: they remodeled still in the process but love the new look. And my dogs love the pet area. Good area

I couldn't get my YouTube to work on TV but I was so tired it really didn't matter.

I liked the fact that over all my years of staying at Motel 6 that this is the first time I have ever stayed on the bottom floor. The place was nice and tidy and I always love Motel 6's beds and pillows. I have some future trips coming up so I'm sure I'll be at another Motel 6 soon. Also, thanks for leaving the light on for me.

Location was very convenient, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. While close to I-5, motel was quiet & relaxing. Room was very well-furnished and looked to have been recently refurbished.

Newly renovated and the nicest Motel 6 I've ever seen, very clean and fresh feeling, the room felt huge. Very comfortable.

Staff was brusque and no-nonsense. When my husband forgot his favorite pair of shorts, we called but there was no way to recover them. Staff was unhelpful.
