We just made a quick overnight stop. We travel with our dog, Pete. They have a nice area around the inn to walk your dog, away from the traffic moving around in the parking lot. The room had recently been renovated, nice and clean. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfy.

We like being on the ground floor because we travel with the dog, which we were able to do. Unfortunately, we were right next to a really load door coming in from the parking lot. We thought that it would quiet down, but we heard it almost all night.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Very convenient, freeway very close. Highly recommended. Every single member staff was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service. Will come back

It was a lot better than we expected. The beds were very comfortable. Pillows were good. The front desk clerk Cyrus was absolutely awesome. Meal recommendations, friendly and was very quick on check in. Will stay again when we travel back to Willows. Breakfast was typical for Most quality inns.

The location right off the interstate ras very convenient I appreciated that they accepted pets.

The staff person who checked me on was very slow. The next morning when I went to the breakfast room to get coffee before 7 am me key card no longer worked. It took 2 tries for the staff to get me a working key card

Staff was great. I was travelling with dog and small bird and was able to stay with deposit. Room was nice, very clean. Staff was knowledgeable about area and was able to recommend places to eat. I am female travelling alone and felt very comfortable and safe.

Hotel recently upgraded, some finer details still to be fixed. Great breakfast Staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful!

Bathroom remodeled, but used the old plumbing fixtures that didn't work well, especially in the shower. Very hard to regulate water temperature from very hot to comfortable

location was perfect and we will stay there again. The room was spotless with nice linens. mirror/light was a nice touch. Breakfast was just ok. Husband has diabetes so there was nothing there for him. All carbs and no protein.

Low price, big room, tub, ample fridge + microwave, clean and stylish, good TV and temp control, waffles for breakfast.

Breakfast could include eggs and coffee ran out, but these are mere quibbles. This place is value personified.

The pool was incredible and the young man at the check in counter was warm & welcoming. Brand new

The morning kitchen help couldn’t wait for us to finish our breakfast before she started closing everything down around us.

The location, price and comfort of bed was good.

The breakfast was sparse and running out. Mostly carbs, toast, waffle with a bit of flavored yougurt and old fruit. The coffee was not drinkable. Bathroom door didn’t close without a lot of effort.
