My room was amazing. Walk in shower, comfy couch, great bed, good fridge and nice DTV. The staff is very helpful and helped me with my bags. You get free water and later in the afternoon there are fresh baked cookies with ice tea and good lemon-aide( mix them for a great drink ) I used the pool and hot tub, which were great, Note: They will be repainting them and adding a fireplace and BBQ in the future. Breakfast was good with many choices. ALL of the staff members are friendly and always most helpful. Great getaway from Willits, Ca for a couple of days. Good food is all around you in Williams and Granzella's food is quite good. Also they put out a basket of fresh fruit!!!

Looking for a cat friendly property between OR and OC, so this was a good find! Enjoyed the restaurant next door and the continental breakfast was nice. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly. Lots of parking for my U-Haul and tow too!

I did get a note slipped under my door after 930 PM saying my card wasn’t charged so I went out and took care of it. When I woke up in the morning I had a charge for $147 twice (one was being pending back). And another charge for $175. When I spoke to the front desk about it during check out she said I should only be charge $175 and the $147 would be reversed back, but it never was. I called this morning and the front desk said they figured out the problem and I should see $147 credited back to my card…. Fingers crossed.

Very important location just off of the highway between long distances of travel without much else to choose from...and was very pleased. Liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, good towels, very good bed and pillows...quiet. Sufficient parking. Good selections of yogurts and other continental breakfast options.

The breakfast was good, but there could have been perhaps some bread to toast rather than just bagels. They had lots of muffins (sweet things) etc.

We were traveling with a cat. The cat was able to get under a bed and inside the solid platform. The lady at the desk tried her best to help us, but because of certain circumstances, we were unable to catch the cat. It was not the employee's fault that the cat could not be contained. We owe her many thanks and kudos for her efforts. She was the night girl and I have forgotten her name, but she was fabulous. We eventually called the fire department, as animal control was on holiday. Within minutes of their arrival, they had contained the cat and placed it in the cat carrier. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, for all the efforts of everyone involved in this situation.

An Elevator! LOL

The location is great - right across the parking lot from Granzella's restaurant facility which includes a restaurant (I believe only open for breakfast and lunch currently), a large bar that's open for dinner, a sandwich counter, an ice cream counter, espresso coffee service, and groceries with an Italian focus. A gift shop is located across the street from the restaurant building. The breakfast was better than some other hotels have at this point (post-pandemic). They include extra protein items such as packages of peanut butter, hard-boiled eggs, and string cheese, in addition to the more standard oatmeal, toaster waffles, and some sort of muffins, plus there was fresh fruit. They had cookies and coffee in the lobby when we arrived (5:30p). The room was comfortable and clean.

Our room was across from the breakfast room. It became a little noisy at about 7:30 or 8a. If you want to sleep later than that time, definitley request to NOT have that room.

Perfect location for our one night stay. Restaurant in the parking lot was a nice option for dinner. Pool looked nice and clean. Staff was great and free breakfast had a lot of options .

If I had to say anything bad I’d say the rooms are a little small but it wasn’t really a problem for our family of three.

I liked the smell of the soaps, and the pillows were really comfy!! The location was easy to find and there is a lot of stuff around the hotel so that's a plus. The pool and hot tub were great to have as well!

The coffee in the room was terrible but getting coffee downstairs at the breakfast area was way better!

It is a great location, with a gift shop, sports lounge, and restaurant. The room was nicely appointed and spacious. It'n also pet-friendly which is a plus for use, Easy access to I-5 too.

Hotel Breakfast: I did not see anything aside from coffee, maybe it was in another area than the reception area? Also in the past traveling with a disabled adult was a challenge as there is no elevator. So make sure you have a room reserved on the first floor if that is an issue for you.

My room was clean and functional. There was a decent number of power and USB outlets, the hot water came on quickly. The staff was very helpful.

A couple minor maintenance issues with the door which the staff promised to address. The fitness center needs some serious maintenance, esp. the stationary bike. I was probably the first person there in a while to use it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great, had many options. There was a large parking lot across the street for our U-Haul and trailer that was safe and well lit.

Elevator to the second floor would be nice. This seems silly, but I was injured and had to take the stairs. The front desk person was very helpful and it worked out fine.
