The beds are super comfortable, the staff is friendly, the products in the bathroom are good and I appreciate that they are sustainably oriented. The room decor and amenities are solid for such an affordable hotel. I appreciate how the rooms are always well tidied up and restocked with towels by housekeeping.

There are typically little details in every room that are broken or have some issue. Fixing these issues like broken tile or tile coming off would make it that much nicer. In my last room there was a baseboard tile coming off in the bathroom and the A/C unit was starting to come apart.

I've stayed at many hotels and I have alway had high expectations when it comes to comfort and cleanliness this stay exceeded expectations. I found the room to be quite comfortable and cleaned very well each day. The cleaning staff was exceptional and the breakfast was a delight along with the cook who was helpful and friendly each morning. The only dislike in the room was the shower head, which we had to angle so far towards the shower wall so it wouldn't spray outside the tub and make a mess, overall I give the hotel room 325 and staff a 10 out 10

The building was older , but newly renovated. The room was large and designed to accommodate storage and plenty of work space. Great selection of breakfast items served in a bright breakfast room. Cookies were served in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed will need to be replaced within a year.

Our room was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the pet-friendly policy because our pup has terrible noise phobia. We put his bed in the bathroom because that room was soundproof from the New Years Eve fireworks.

The free breakfast was fair. We got to the breakfast buffet around 8 - 9 and all the food was dried out from sitting too long. However, the pancake machine made decent dollar-size pancakes.

Location was convenient. Easy access to freeway. Breakfast was great with a variety to choose from. Clean dining room. Staff for check in and check out were friendly and professional. Rooms were upscale with all the amenities. I will look to stay in your hotels when traveling in the future and have already recommended you to friends and family.

We didn't know exactly where we were going to stay. We reserved the room a few minutes before pulling into our driveway. Unfortunately, the room that we booked was sold out, but your front desk upgraded us to a suite. we sleep very well.

compliments on the bathroom lighted mirror. only one thing missing from room--freezer. never did figure out the air conditioning unit but temperature was comfortable and THE WINDOWS OPEN!!!! this is one of my favorite things when waking up in a new location. just a little space to breathe the air, and know what to expect.

Clean room, nice welcoming staff. Breakfast items were great, nice assortment of everything. Having a small fridge and microwave were a huge plus.

Better soft chairs and round table to eat, play cards and read at. The chaise is useless! Bed mattress was too soft.

Location to Thunderhill Raceway. Comfortable room. All Holiday Express Hotels and clean and modern, very nice.,

The Air Conditioner thermostat couldn't stabilize, so it came on very loud, got freezing cold, shut off, and got really warm inside.

Location was the big attraction but the property was very clean and the staff was super friendly

Limited handicap parking - I think there are 4 spots but elevator access is only near 2 of those parking spots, so even with a handicap placard it is a long walk to the building and to elevator access
