This was a pleasant surprise. The exterior maybe gives the wrong initial impression. The owner and property are very well maintained and the room are very clean and order free.

Very small comment - but not a complaint. I would not put ashtrays on the outside of each room with a chair nearby. I think it is probably needed. But I would encourage smokers to an area away from the rooms. Maybe a covered patio away from the room entrances. That would make it a little more classy.

This motel is old - our last stop was about 50 years ago! But it is a nice place! Even a large refrigerator, and the room was spotless. I liked how we could park our car right in front. It was quiet and clean. Not fancy or modern, but very nicely kept up. If we go through Colusa again, we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice little motel. Large updated rooms with good sized mini fridges, microwave, coffee pot, flat screen tv with dish. Super clean and comfortable. The owner really makes your stay comfortable and they maintain and keep the whole property clean. We Will for sure be back.

Microwave and mini refrigerator is helpful with kids. Check in was very fast. It's our go to hotel when we need to spend the night.

Thicker blankets in the room are definitely needed. The white bed sheets were clean but had some yellow/brown stains on them. It's a nice room for the price.

The guest is a bit of a germophobe and still got good rest and reported a VERY relaxing stay.

Using Bookings.com has been a hassle two of two times. In this stay, at checkin, the guest was first told that the room would be charged to their debit card....until I (booking agent) arrived and then suddenly all was well. It seems that the relationship between the property and bookings.com is not as client-centered as it should be. For $100+ a night at a "two star" motel, the property managers should definitely put the guest first.

Stayed here for a single night prior to a cycling event. Very Friendly host. My room had more facilities than a lot of branded hotels. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The motel is situated a very short walk from local bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents because they don’t use the internet that often. The staff was great room was clean, great price and very close to the Casino. We definitely recommend this motel to everyone. Thank you for being so kind to my parents. They truly enjoyed there stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker was great. It is a small motel with easy access to the room. Very good when traveling with pets.

It is located far from I-5, which we didn't realize.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I believe it is a family operation. The room was small but perfectly laid out. The bed was comfy, the internet was good, shower had good pressure. The entire room was newly renovated from top to bottom - very clean. Close to everything. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

There was absolutely NOTHING I could complain about. From arrival to departure, it was a good experience.

The AC unit ran off & on, very loudly, all night long. Instruction on how to set the AC would be helpful.
