The owner/manager was very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. The room price was very reasonable.

the breakfast was not at all a proper breakfast. you should offer creamers for the coffee you should at least offer yogurt. the bread selection was a joke. at least a bagel and cream cheese would of been nice. there is never anyone at the front desk should be kept more like a business. friendly when she was there. but the breakfast was more of a joke then a breakfast. had to go to McDonalds for a decent coffee

Convenient location, room was clean. Nothing special but comfortable. A/C and TV worked well. Room was quiet. Price was good.

Breakfast was disappointing. No protein, only powdered creamer for coffee, no fruit. We stayed at another SureStay hotel recently and it was a nicer facility and a great breakfast. We expected similar in Williams but we’re disappointed.

The price and location. The rooms are renovated with LVP flooring, nice beds, and big sinks. It does have a small pool which would be nice in the summer.

It really shouldn't be 3 stars Booking. It's 2.5 at best. But, not because it isn't nice, it's just a standard highway motel that's been renovated. The breakfast consisted of some bread for toast, cereal, yogurt, and a coffee machine. The coffee was really weak coming out of the machine.

This place is comfortable, has ample parking and is near several gas stations and restaurants. Overall, is a good place to stay for the night if passing through. I checked in really late, and the host did not mind waking up for me.

Make sure to take the road by the 76 station to get to the hotel. Do not take the waze direction which will take you to an unpaved road. Loud heater. Sounds like an airplane engine.

We had a late check in (12:30 AM) and were glad to be able to do most of that online from the road. When we arrived and I called the number to have someone come a give us our key, etc. we were greeted by a wide-awake, smiling and cheerful young man who finished checking us in. It was nice to be really welcomed after such a long drive at that late hour.

No comment here. Everything was as expected or better.

This place charged a fair/decent amount for the night I stayed. The room was good, and the bed was comfy. It is located next to the freeway, but that didn't bother me. The guy at the front desk when I checked in was way nice. I would stay here again.

Super easy to book through Booking.com, and was a great price! The room was sufficient for my needs. clean but could use a bit more attention to detail, such as wiping down the walls were there is obvious soil and scrapping up dried what ever off the floor, which I did. The AC worked very well but there was no even temperature, either too hot or too cold. Had to place two chairs in front of the vents to redirect the cold air upward.

I wanted a non-smoking, ground floor room on the side away from the freeway. There were none available, so they placed me in a handicap room, on the freeway side, which was ok, but a woman traveling alone, I wanted to be safe. The outside of the Hotel needs major cleaning maintenance. Empty trash cans, sweep and deep clean walkways etc

note romantic place to stay, we did have out 46th weddding anversery there and was comfortable but for other reasons we loved the casino and grazzle resturant nearby for prime rib saturday it worked for us so?

Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was pleasant. Parking lot was clean.

There was no luggage stand in the room. We were on the freeway side of the building. The noise wasn't too bad, especially at night, but some of the big trucks rumbled by.
