The hotel is in a fantastic location. it is about 12 minute drive to the Joshua Tree visitor center. The room was very big, with AC that you could customize, and a huge bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast was sufficient, I had a bagel with butter and jelly, my friends had a bagel with cream cheese.

check in was very slow. I booked two separate rooms and they don't provide the option to split the payment so I had to pay for both the rooms from my card. THey also mislead you with what is for breakfast here. Booking.com says there is a full, hot breakfast served, but that's incorrect, it is just the "bagel bar"

the room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The breakfast had choices and was tasty, only complaint was that the sausages were a little salty, but not too salty that I didnt eat any!!! The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I dont know if it was the time of the year we were there but it was pretty quiet, which is nice.

The only thing we did not really like, was that we were on the bottom floor, room 107, and it made me a little nervous having the walkway on the other side of the window, with no gates, allowing anyone to just walk along there. Other than that, everything else was great.

This hotel room was very spacious with three double size beds & a mini kitchen (didn't use) available. The staff was very polite. I stayed here because the pricing was good & it was close to Joshua Tree National Park.

I don't know if this would even matter, but the room was a bit outdated. This didn't bother me, but I did notice it. There weren't any dishes & utensils available inside the room at the mini kitchen (I had no intent to ever use the mini kitchen). I'm not sure if the staff provides them if i would've asked for them.

We liked the spaciousness of the room. Brenda Castillo was excellent at the front desk. While food at the breakfast area was skim it gave you the basics needed and was kept clean.

While the hotel lobby and hallway seemed to be updated and fresh smelling, our room smelled very musty upon arrival. room 208 Could have been due to older carpets. Fortunately, we could open the 2nd story window a bit and turn on the fan to keep the smell to a minimum.

Appreciated the elevator to take us to the second floor. Room was clean and the kitchenette was spacious with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen sink. Liked having a sink in the bathroom.

Would have liked a cart to load all luggage at once so only one trip would be needed. The refrigerator was spacious but somewhat noisy as it ran. I turned it warmer so it wouldn't run so much.

That i couldn't stay long enough. And the area where Rock ground cover is, always smells and if full of poo piles. I know people don't clean up after there pets. Maybe a better sigh.. but still needs picked. Up. Hard to find a spot to walk on😦

The front desk staff was really helpful. I didn't have a physical card to make the pet fee payment, and she did really do beyond her job to help.me with that

I think the room floors would be better if the carpet is removed, it would be cleaner. The carpets look old and stained giving a bad aspect although the room was clean.

The bedroom had been recently refurbished. Large room. Very clean.

Was not aware that the hotel was being refurbished. The lobby was screened off with plastic (new door/painting). Limited breakfast area. And nearly all the windows were covered in plastic sheeting due to painting of external render.

Our Room 302 was large, clean, comfortable and recently remodeled. We liked the hot/cold drinking water dispenser in the lobby. Brenda at the front desk checked us in and she was professional and cheerful.

Everything was nice and remodeled inside the room.

We had to stay 3 days the breakfast was great. But it would be nice to have something different every other day. They us to have biscuits and gravy it was amazing. We have been staying here for the last 4 years...
