The property is what I wanted for a quick sleep before heading to Joshua Tree National Park. The best feature for me was the 24h reception desk which allow me to arrive at any time from LA. I spent very little time in the hotel itself but the rooms were clean and everything was up to standard considering the price. Parking was ample and available. No issues with my safety or that of my cars.

The heavy curtains and dark colours of the rooms make them feel very stuffy, considering the heat outside.

There's a grocery major grocery store right across the street major food places all around Banks all around it's in a really good location and I think that's what makes it better than the rest cuz it's right in the heart of Yucca Valley and also the staff is phenomenally sweet I go here every year me and my family stay here because we have family members in the city my family and I are greeted every time we stay customer service 10 out of 10 and very affordable given the location

They could clean the hotel rooms a little bit better the floor was so dirty it turned the hotel room towel black I have kids and my kids like to take their shoes and socks off and run around so that's important to me I had to disinvict the floor myself but other than that they did really good our room got clean we didn't even know that they cleaned it but we forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door but I was grateful anyway because our trash needed to be taken out towels needed to be replaced stuff like that but other than that the rest of the hotel room was completely clean it was just the tile flooring was horribly dirty

I accidentally left my computer in the room – I was able to come by day later and retrieve it. I was so relieved the staff for honest and helpful and I got my computer back.

I thought the hotel was in Joshua tree right by the park entrance as it was it was more than 20 miles away and another town. Though I was pleased to tell I probably would’ve got something close to the park if I known where it actually was.

The room was very clean and included a fridge and microwave, and an AC unit that actually kept up pretty well with the 100 degree heat outside. Breakfast was included and adequate, and there's a Black Bear Diner next door. The gentleman at the front desk was also very courteous and professional. And though I didn't use the pool it looked very nice and well maintained.

Well, it's an older hotel so it shows its age a bit here and there. Like the hallways for instance, but nothing that would keep me from coming back.

Stayed with family for 1 night. Great location in 30 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. Liked hot drinking water and juices available on reception, light breakfast coffee and bread is included and is okay for this price. There is a cafe and grocery store in 3 minutes walk. Good balance of price and quality for this price.

No sound isolation at all. We lived on the ground floor and heared someone walking forth and back in the room above. Sink is located outside of the bathroom. It is not a big deal for 1 night, but looks strange.

The gentleman who checked us in was welcoming and accommodated us coming 20 mins earlier than our check in time, which I really appreciated. The continental breakfast was simple yet tasty. The room was clean and the location was excellent, close to good eating (Thai, pizza etc) and Joshua Tree entrance. I would stay here again. It was good value for a short stay.

The fact that my mom lives literally two blocks away from the hotel is beautiful and that's why I go to visit when I go out there that's awesome when it's around a whole bunch of shops and stuff too and stater Brothers a grocery store is right across the street so very convenient

So the hotel room was clean but I just didn't like that the top comforter on the bed had stains on it I feel like when they start getting stand up like that it's time to just throw them away and buy new ones for the amount of money that they charge for people to stay there it shouldn't be an issue I mean just for one night of me staying there cause ran me $133 but the rest of the hotel room was clean little outdated but clean and I also feel like it's overpriced

For the price, we were really happy that our room included a refrigerator, and it was so close to the Joshua Tree entrance, which was the main reason for our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful.

We had to push our door closed with a bit of force to make it latch, but it had all the locks working, so it was okay.

We visited a concert in Pioneertown, so the hotel was perfectly located, with shops and stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and gave a welcoming vibe. The room was super clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was basic, with lots of coffee :)

The pool was unfortunately so cold, that it was - at least for us - not usable. But very clean, with two beach chairs.

We were in and out. Service was nice and the room was clean. I liked the wall artwork. Very regional. The breakfast was nice! Easy location for Joshua Tree national park. And great value!

Everything was great for the price. Just would suggest cleaning the bathroom vent which had, what looked like, lint coming out of the edges. But, everything else was great!
