The staff! Kendra & Jinesa are outstanding hosts and so wonderful to talk to. They made my stay awesome. The pools are beautiful & the spa is amazing! Don is an incredible masseuse. He healed my body! I highly recommend getting a massage from him. Onsen is a gem in the desert...if you get a chance to stop in, do!

Be careful if you come back after 11pm. The property will be closed and you will need to call security but if it doesn’t answer you will need to climb over the fence like we did 😅

Everything - the friendly welcome with sincerely genuine staff, the attractive property, the great room with comfy bed, shower with great water pressure, nice breakfast with warm and cold selections, but above all, the great HOT TUB with great, spring fed hot water.

This place was basically after some below average motels on the way from Sacramento a father and son road-trip, like an oasis in the desert. Great Vibes, clean, comfortable with everything you need and more. Helpful folks recommenting good mexican food and hot pools where you can watch the sky in the beautiful desert at night. Lovely healthy breakfast, what a change for once on our trip. Close to Joshua Tree national Park.

A bit hard to find the entrance. But I would've loved to stay longer! Everything matched well: The price, the room, the food the hospitality. Too many smoking germans around the pool but where told to cut it out, rapidly!

We loved everything! The staff were so kind and helpful. The pool and the jacuzzi were great. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the accommodations for our dog (the dog biscuits and the welcome note for Melli were so cute!) :) It was also a great place to enjoy a nice view of the mountains and watch the sunset/sunrise. The hotel was only ~20 minutes from Palm Springs and 40 minutes from Joshua Tree Park.

A gem in the rough. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel/spa especially after a long day at Joshua Tree National park. Everything was top notch. Pool was heated and hot tub was spacious. Room was fab and bed was comfy. We love being treated like royalty.

We didnt get to spend more time here. Arrived late evening.

The rooms are light and spacious. The mattress was extra comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and had the benefit of staying open until 11pm, so you could swim under the stars. .

The pillows were a bit too full for my comfort. Breakfast didn't start until 8:30 am , so I missed out, though it looked delicious with fresh fruits, Greek yogurt ,bagels, and omelets.

The staff was wonderful, kind and attentive! The breakfast in the morning was such a great thing and made our stay more enjoyable! The pool and hot tub were a nice addition too.

While we were there the main and only roads into Palm Springs were closed. Which meant it took 45 minutes to get anywhere. The location made it hard to want to go anywhere with such a long drive. However I was told it’s normally about 20 minutes when there are no road closures. But, if you plan to spend most of your time at the resort or Joshua Tree, the location and resort are great!

The hot water was great. Pool and spa were clean and almost no one else used them during our stay. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the provided robes.

Noise could be heard easily between rooms. Breakfast items were not refilled after first rush and later guests were left to fend for themselves (including coffee). Attendant didn't seem to notice/care... may need additional staff to keep everyone happy at that time.

The breakfast was sausage and hard boiled eggs, 3 juices, cereal and milk. The beds are comfortable. It was quiet. The pool was the best I've ever been in, it was warm, clean, and mineral spring water. We loved the jacuzzi after too. Got to swim before leaving and that was wonderful. We ate at Delicious Mexican and it was very good!

The location was in a location where there was low income and homeless on one side, an empty lot full of left over construction junk on one side, and expensive homes on the other side. I was alarmed at first and missed turning into the parking lot the GPS sent us to. Thats where the low income were. I was afraid for our RAV. FORTUNATELY, there is another parking lot that was safe, and we parked there. There was even a Porsche there. We had no problems. I would definitely stay there. It's too bad the town isn't helping the businesses out by cleaning up lots, moving homeless, etc.
