Heated pools and jacuzzi - almost no people during the day, crowded at night. Spacious room Lot of parking Quite close to Joshua Tree National Park (40-50 mins by car)

Very noisy AC and fridge - we had to unplug them for the night. The fridge was more like a freezer - our food was frozen even after decreasing the temperature to the minimum. Very soft mattress, we prefer harder ones. No USB sockets and a missing bed table on one side of the bed.

Nice rooms with the amenities we needed and comfortable beds. We loved the pools and hot tubs, especially since it was quite chilly the day we stayed. We loved that it was pet friendly since we were traveling with our dog.

The hotel is pet friendly, which was great since we were traveling with our dog; however, the pet fee was quite expensive at $75 for 1 night. The only other complaint is you can only enter and exit through the main lobby. Not normally a big deal, but since we had to walk our dog multiple times during a windstorm it would have been nice to be able to use one of the doors closer to our room (they were emergency exits only).

The hotel is on a busy street. You can walk up the street ( about 1/2 mile_) to the local McDonalds for breakfast coffee. The hotel has an old unused bar behind closed doors. It would be nice to see that converted into a decent snack bar with breakfast offerings including coffee, bagels etc.. Doesn't have to be free but good affordable and good.

I loved the room that was given to us with a balcony and an area outside the rooms overlooking the pool area with couches to lounge. The playroom area was also fun with a pingpong table and a foosball table. I found the hotel clean and simple. It was quite busy but quiet at night. I also loved the soap dispenser in the shower, very ecological. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked out for dinner and there was a grocery store right across the hotel.

Upon arrival it looked more like a motel.. going in it looks like they are putting a lot of work and effort to make it look nicer. They gave us a room that was very bare… not like the pictures. We talked to them and they showed us 3 different rooms so that we could pick one we liked. After we picked one to our liking, everything went smooth. The biggest feature, though, was the heated pool and hot tubs. We enjoyed this very much. All spring mineral water, no chlorine smell. Staff was fantastic and everyone we came across was very helpful and friendly. If you enjoy sushi, Best Sushi Grill was awesome. We also ordered pizza from a restaurant named Rocky’s and it was great as well. All very short drives! They have a rec room/restaurant attached to lobby but they are not functioning at the moment. We hope to see that open and running in the future too. I would definitely stay here again and would love to see more upgrades.

This hotel is a nice hotel at a reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. We enjoyed the room we stayed in. Unfortunately, we stayed one night, so didn't have the opportunity of utilizing the various amenities that were available at this unique hotel (i.e., room with separate mineral pool and various spa offerings). We would consider staying here in the future.

I liked the Elvis decor, the modern colorful lobby. It was cheerful! I loved the sunset mural in the lobby! The mineral spring tub was great. I am so glad I could bring my little dog. I also liked the coffee maker and mini-fridge in the room, comfy pillows and white bedding. A great trip!

The prices for the massage were a little high - we would get a couples massage next time if the price was more reasonable. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel and stay there again!

Easy parking, friendly reception ladies, beautiful room, great bed and big shower, very nice and warm (heated) swimming pool plus 2 large jacuzzis, several beds around the pool, lovely view on the palm trees, little seating area around a ouside firepit, relax chairs at sunny spots. All in all great vacation vibes.

We just used the room this time, but after seeing the facility, I will be coming back a few times a year and will only stay there. The hot tubs looked amazing, wish I would have brought a swimsuit. The little girl that checked me in was exceptional. This was most surely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

I have nothing negative to say about this place.

good vibe, great value. front desk staff were lovely. the pools were a great temperature, not too crowded. really appreciated that they are closed from 10pm to 8am, since sound carries in that courtyard to all the rooms. overall great experience.

the aesthetic around the pools was a little sparse, it would be nice to upgrade the look a little, provide more outdoor seating near the pools.
