The room was clean and quiet. My teenager loved having a room with her own space. We we on the main street near shops, restaurants and the theatre. At night it was quiet and comfortable. Good wifi service.

The bathroom was tiny. Taking a shower was difficult. On our checkout day, we were harassed by the housekeeping team starting at 8:00 am. Checkout was at 11:00 am, but they intentionally bothered us all morning so we left early to get away from them.

This place was great the staff was fantastic very close to the main street and the lake. I would stay there every time if it was avaliable great community deck where you can view fireworks on the fourth and sit back and drink coffee in the morning.Thanks for a great stay.

There was nothing I did not like

Michelle, the owner, was very very accommodating! She was friendly and helpful. A few things needed fixing..but she is very industrious and open to suggestions. Price is higher than we would have liked to pay for a Motel property without any workout room, pool, hot tub, or movie channels. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the cabin feel, even though we were in the two floor unit. I was a nice stroll to all the little stores and to the lake. We used the ice machine it was great, nice big common area.

The room heated up in the afternoon due to it facing the west and had a direct sun in the windows.

Walking distance to the restaurants, stores and Grand Lake. Spacious, clean room. Microwave and mini refrigerator in room. Bench and covered “porch” area outside of room.

No air conditioning. No front desk staff until 3pm and only until 7pm.

The location was excellent. We could walk everywhere. We loved the 2 separate bedrooms since one of us wanted to go to bed earlier.

No breakfast included but loved getting coffee and breakfast at the Hub which was very close.

Having stayed there many times under the previous ownership, I really liked the redecorating of the rooms, the new table and chairs, the addition of a microwave, and the added larger waste basket. I also appreciated the new fluffy towels.

The soap is way too small, particularly when using it in the shower

Very close to the Rocky Mtn NP entrance. About 5 miles. Live music across the street at a restaurant. We sat on the patio at the hotel and listened to it from across the street. Beautiful location by the lake.

It is very relaxing and quiet. The location is great, it is very walkable to everything in Grand Lake and yet away from any hustle and bussell as they say.

The peacefulness.

The location of the hotel was ideal for experiencing the town of Grand Lake. It was within easy walking distance to all restaurants, shops, awesome brew pubs and even live music!

There wasnt anything I recall that I did not like about the hotel. The staff were the best part of our experience !
