breakfast was great daily - hotel staff and managers were so friendly and helpful - assisted in booking tours and excursions- they were all lovely and kind people from the maid service to management !!!! would come here again definitely!!!!!!!

Booking .com had the wrong suite description and photos of our suite - so when i arrived we were absolutely underwhelmed! not at all what was shown on booking.com site. the managers were able to see what was on the site was not accurate and actually contacted booking.com to take down the incorrect information and photos so this would not happen to anyone else!! living in Arkansas and traveling to Colorado- never been there before I was relying on the ACCURACY of the BOOKING.COM site:( very disappointed in booking.com - and we had paid for full weeks stay!!!!!!!!!!!! THE MANAGEMENT UPGRADED THE SUITE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST - THE ERROR WASNT THE HOTEL'S FAULT - WON'T STAY ANYWHERE BUT THE COLUMBIA HOTEL WHEN WE VISIT AGAIN - LOCATION IS INCREDIBLE- THE STAFF IMPECABLE

Can’t beat the location across from the gondola. At the same time it’s very quiet and you have a shaded trail at the doorstep which was wonderful considering is was in the high 80s/low 90s for most of my stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I happened to arrive on one of the hottest days of the year. The shades were up and the A/C was off. My room faced west so it also “benefited” from the afternoon sun. The wall A/C didn’t do much so kept the balcony door open at night and the shades down throughout my stay.

Breakfast offerings were definitely above average, very enjoyable.

After reviewing online photos and location information the hotel was still easy to miss. It is on a busy corner and has very limited parking. Location is still nice for walking many places though.

The room is very spacious and beautiful. so amazing to have parking and being in downtown Telluride walking distance to everything.

Think there should be a better happy hour in the lobby and the restaurant for guests or a discount for hh

Great location across from gondola station. Very nice breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Convenient valet parking. Variety of shops in the area.

Old fashioned bathroom with shower in the tub and no grab bar.

Breakfast and happy hour were terrific. Staff caring for our needs was superb. Location was ideal.

Limited room outdoor deck area. Would have enjoyed larger decks, but not an issue.

Paid for a suite, originally put us in a king room. They did move us to the room we requested quickly.

Telluride is addictive

The hotel walls are a little thin, our bedroom was right above the kitchen so it was a little loud in the evening if you wanted to go to bed early after skiing all day

I love this place, this is my 3rd time. Easy check in, off street parking and location across from the gondola and the river trail.
