Clean, quiet, easy access to get to our room. Breakfast good, coffee very good and husband loved the warm cinnamon buns. Bed sheets and pillows very clean and nice. Plenty of towels. Gentleman who checked me in, was terrific answered my questions and gave great directions to room. Thank you

Only problem we found….no hot water.. warm for second then cold.. one shower in evening and one in morning, same thing both times..was going to mention at checkout after breakfast but no one at the desk..

I loved everything about the property. I added a night actually and all was good until I moved down the hallway, I had had a deluxe room with a Jacuzzi tub. I paid the same amount. I’m in a smaller room no tub.

The second room I got put into was clean, was a nice room. It just didn’t have the Jacuzzi tub I had paid for. Also, I like a cold room because I have COPD and it helps me to breathe, I had to clean the air conditioner, so it would cool down.

The property was adequate. It’s the staff that made the difference. Each staff member was so welcoming and nice. We received a call from the manger after we left. The person cleaning our room found my husband’s wallet. We didn’t realize he dropped it in the room. Her kindness saved us hours , perhaps day of aggravation! We appreciate her kindness!

I asked for a room with the bathtub in the room like what was shown in the picture when I booked my room and I also asked for it in the comments when I booked the room and didn't get it. I didn't even receive a message saying yes or no.

I loved the entire staff so kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and mini fridge actually cooled down and kept our drinks cold- not lukewarm like most hotel fridges. Comfy beds and room was clean

Only thing I can think of was goers were a little scratchy…small complaint really.

Everything was great

The facilities are always nice at Holiday Inn Expresses and this was no exception. Friendly staff. Parking was easy. I would recommend this hotel and I' would stay here again.

Something to note. There is only 1 elevator. If the hotel is busy you may want to take the stairs.

Breakfast was ecellent.

We needed a handicap accessible room. The size of the bathroom was excellent, however, we couldn't find an electric outlet in the room. When found, it was under a mirror and not useable. Also, the room was small. I doubt someone with a large wheelchair could reach the far side of the room.
