Nice hotel and reasonably priced. A/c in first room was froze up and there was a puddle of water on the floor. I told front desk and they quickly switched our room to make sure we were comfortable. And double checked to make sure we were happy.

Front desk gentleman who checked us in was really slow, yet very polite. I didn't get all the information. He might have just been new.

I liked that I left something in my room and they retrieved it for me. It was VERY important so the fact that they were that attentive spoke volumes and showed GREAT customer service

staff was super nice, the room smelt clean every time we walked in. it fit the needs we were looking for, stayed on the 3rd floor and everything was nice. rooms were nicely lit and the air conditioner was actually cold.

the tub leaked a little, wish the towels and tv were a bit bigger, the bed was never made when we left, the water pressure in the shower was weird no matter how we turned the knobs, the fire alarm went off randomly in the middle of night, someone might’ve pulled it though.

The staff was attentive to our needs. Also it was a close proximity to an event we were attending.

The bathroom shower head could not be positioned in a way to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom.

It no longer smelled like old mildew building

The furniture decor could be updated even though the bed was so comfortable And I didn’t like that the phone had a shortage in the handset cord in room 221

Nice and staff very friendly any issue I had I could talk to manager and he would go above and beyond to help

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room was gloomy, Dark paint not well lit. Toilet was ovel in shape and the seat was round. (REALLY!!!) No drain stops in the tub or sink. Rust around the drain. And I had to pay a $50 deposit again REALLY.

Security was awesome!!! There was a man that was there making sure everything and everyone was doing well as they checked in. He spoke English and Spanish. He was kind and yet you could tell he meant business! I felt safe and secure and the room was super clean in all areas!! The tub leaked a little but it didn’t bother my stay.

We have stayed here a few times and the staff is ALWAYS helpful, polite and hospitable. We will stay here in the future and i have already recommended my family to stay when they visit also!

The room was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was very spacious

It was quiet at times but you could other visitors through the wall next door. Overall, the installation could be alot better but nice place to stay.
