Great place! Everything was spectacular except the checkout. The Bill was incorrect and I’m still trying to get it corrected. They charged us twice for golf which was $596.40. Spoke to Adam who assured me after checking we were correct to have the bill corrected. A new bill came with same price and errors. I was told a manager would correct it which he or she never did. After a third contact phone call which we spoke to Cat. She’s saying she can’t fix the bill because she needs a manager and there’s none on the property. I’m extremely frustrated with this entire process and will NEVER be a guest there again.

The food both at breakfast and dinner was wonderful and service was excellent. All of the staff was friendly and professional. We love the peaceful atmosphere and all the great amenities of golf and the practice facilities and great golf pro shop. The lodge is full of history and still modern.

Nothing was wrong and we had no problems or concerns. No one can control the weather, so the afternoon storms were unavoidable! We were there with friends as well and they also loved everything. Just wish we could have stayed longer but our husbands had golf tournament back home to play.

The rooms are dated I say it every time I visit, I appreciate they want to retain the legacy of Mr Palmer and that is a good thing but it is time to update the bedrooms, there have been some improvements since our last visit, improved WiFi, better TV’s and USB ports but I still think a little modernisation would go a long way

The aura, the history. Oozing from every wall. Just an amazing ode to the great Arnie and his legacy. My son and I stayed 2 nights. Staff were amazing... helped us with rebooking for golf after rain delay. Loved the restaurants and bars and locker room. Everyone spoke of what Arnie wanted. Just loved it. Golfer paradise. The golf staff were amazing from pro shop to cart staff. One suggestion.. please have water on the course. Also main restaurant menu can expand.

The staff were friendly and efficient ensuring that my stay was great. the room was clean and of a good size, the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy.

I am struggling to come up with anything I didn't like. As I stated above the staff and room were great. The breakfast was also good

Amazing place to stay if you are a golf nerd. The history and feel of Bay Hill is just awesome. Food and drinks is very reasonably priced. You could play (if staying) for $105 plus tax. To play where the King hosts Bay Hill international is a no brainier. Staff were so helpful with a brief history tour. A must do if staying near Disney or Universal.

The customer service, the customer experience. Felt welcomed by everyone. Genuinely friendly and welcoming staff, no attitude, happy to serve. Food was delicious and the bar in the men’s locker was a wonderful surprise. The practice facilities and the two courses were exciting to play. We felt at home.

A beautiful place to spend a few days especially for golfers. We really loved the swimming pool and facilities in the leisure area. Staff were most helpful and friendly

The rooms are dated and although impeccable clean are well beyond the need for an upgrade. I appreciate they would want to retain the charm that the legendary Arnold Palmer instilled in it - however I struggle to cope with the dated bathrooms
