I loved the cleanliness of the facility and the staff were amazing special shout out to Angel who welcomes me from a tiresome trip with smiles and paid attention to my travel profile and accommodated me and my allergies to feathers pillow. Also shout out to Anna who was super friendly, sorted out my key card issues and late check out. I was welcomed every time I waked in and asked if there was anything else I can have them to make my stay great all with a genuine smile.

Location to food is walking distance and no onsite golf cart for guest to get around if they did not have a car.

Shower was terrible Shower head was in terrible condition and was much too high to reach and adjust comfortably. Hot water was severely lacking. Adjustment on mixing valve was an infinite guessing game that took forever to find warmest water since hot water didn’t exist. No grab bars anywhere near the toilet, very high risk. These have become more than just a handicap item. It just too inconvenient to complain labout the room and have to relocate to another.

Breakfast was great. It was good that it changed every morning. The waffle maker was awesome.

Accessing the reception/ lobby was difficult if you didn't know the layout of the property. Immediate access from the service road takes you to the parking lot but to reach the lobby you would have to know to drive all the way around. After a 16 hour drive, that little aggravation was stressful. Also, we had to extend our stay but that was not communicated properly to the housekeeping nor was the room key re-programmed properly, resulting in a bit of confusion with the maid service and, an inability to get back in to our room.

Very spacious room, bigger than was described. We took the king bed room, and it had a small kitchen and living room, this was really nice. room was clean and upto date.

Breakfast could offer some more veg. AC in the room was noisy when it was working, like 5 min once in an hour or so.

The staff was very helpful with all my questions and made sure I updated my Marriott Bonvoy Account so I could get points for the stay. They even printed out the documents I needed for work. The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfectly appointed. The snacks and frozen meals selection was good. Gym had everything I needed. Pool was nice, although it looks at a highway as did my room. Luckily the windows are pretty sound proof so it was all very peaceful and zen.

The WiFi in my room was inconsistent - sometimes slow and sometimes dropped out, which is not a good thing when you're working. Also - the "restaurant" is really just a sports bar that doesn't open until 5 p.m. and wasn't what I thought it would be. The menu is very limited. One would have to drive to get food as the hotel isn't walking distance to any restaurants.

The breakfast was pretty bad...cant say I was impressed. I was very disappointed when getting up at 4AM to rush off to the airport and finding no coffee made in the lobby when I left. I guess I could have ran back to my room to make a crappy cup but was truly expecting a fresh brewed pot of coffee to be available 24/7.

This hotel is always consistent and a pleasure to stay at. It is very close to family for visits and the reason why we stay here. The breakfast is on par with other hotels, nothing fabulous, but sufficient.

The breakfast bar was great with many options to choose. The room was equip with a full kitchen and was a very comfortable place.

Friendly accommodating staff

Had ants in my bed and in couch and had to change rooms at 9 pm. Should have some compensation. Also breakfast scrambled eggs are always to over cooked and no potatoes with breakfast.

Great size room with a separate living room area. Kitchen (full sized fridge, stove, and small sink) is open to the living room area. Bedroom is a separate room. Nice sized bathroom. Hallways are quiet. Bed is super comfortable.
