Hi I stay there two nights. The room has roaches I reported to the front desk and the only thing she did was wrote down my room number and said she will call for maintenance. No one showed up. I had to sleep in my room for fear, hoping no roaches will crawl on me and my boyfriend . Thank you

Hi I stayed there for two nights the room had roaches. I reported it to the front desk and she said she will send maintenance up there to spray, but no one never showed up. I had to sleep in fear my husband, and I praying no roaches crawl us. I couldn’t even turn off the lights fear for roaches.

Your front desk ladies were very kind and accommodating. Kayla went out of her way to assist me in several ways. She was the best. Bree was also very helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with these young ladies. Your maintenance man, John, was very helpful and took care of my issues in an efficient and timely manner.

The door to the room is ridiculously heavy. The chair in the room is terribly heavy. The bed is too high for a "vertically challenged" person. It was difficult for me to get on the bed each night and I couldn't sit on it to watch tv. The next time I come to Florida, I'll have to bring my own stool. Also, if you could extend breakfast time to 9 or 9:30 that would be great!

Love the cheese omelet and sausage links, it was different as well as delicious. The view wasn't the worst, just didn't have a great view of much but the top of the building.

I only seen one roach, in the bathroom early in the morning. Grateful that it was not clawing with more. We stayed 3 nights and that was the only one I seen.

It was a good stay. The woman at the desk when I checked out gave me the biggest smile ever and it lit up my day. I was very comfortable and safe there.

Some of the other guests were a bit rude and there were some people hanging out in front of my room for a bit. But otherwise it was a good stay.

I like the simplicity of the room. The Furniture, The Comfort, tge customer service.

Except that I noticed that he had a door from another room that could open into the room where I was staying. It bothered me a little, I felt like I was sharing the room with the one next to me. It lacked privacy if that was the case.

Location was good, breakfast was nice, inside hotel the noise level on third floor was fine considering there was a Sweet Sixteen Party and A Wedding happening downstairs on a Saturday night. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant.

Our room faced University drive on the third floor and you could hear speeding cars. Maybe heavier curtains to reduce noise ? The bed was very hard and the sheets uncomfortable

My family and I stayed here to shelter during Hurricane Milton because it was pet friendly for our cat. The room was big, clean and quiet. You can't beat the price for what you get.

The hotel itself is a little old and outdated but it is clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good

The convenience was great lots of shopping and restaurants close by! The. Breakfast was great had lots of options hot and cold, Diana was very attentive to the guests and made sure everyone had things they needed!

The pool hours was disappointing, my daughter didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool , we didn’t get back to our room until after 8 we were down for a cheer competition

Loved that we had a handicap accessible bathroom and that there was plenty of room around the bed to get my husband's wheelchair around.

The handicap accessible shower could have been a little larger. My husband felt like he was going to fall off the bench in the shower.

The room was superb!

The price I am a entrepreneur just starting and life is tough there isn't much money to go around I needs room with private bath for months at a reasonable price between $25 and $30 per night paying every 15 days. That's my budget
