The entire property was very nice and clean. We arrived late at night so the staff wasn’t available but we didn’t need anything. We stayed in the Royal Building room 243 which was facing the parking lot and other hotels. The pool was very nice and clean and there is a walking/bike path right behind the hotel with a nice size body of water. We didn’t walk the entire trail bc it went on for awhile but we will definitely come back to this location. It was way better than the hotel we booked initially on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. 10/10

I didn’t like the fact that there seem to be 1 entrance in and out from our room which was on the far end of the hotel. Not a deal breaker though.

This was our third stay at Club Wyndham Palm-Aire. We come for the property’s convenient location to visit family; we do not use any of its amenities. We were at first disappointed to be assigned a room in the Queen Palm building which is across the street from and outside the main gated complex. The building was evidently formerly a motel, however it has been newly/recently remodeled with finishes comparable to the units in the main complex. Our unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet.

The $20 per day parking fee was not disclosed at the time of booking and feels like a ripoff. Further, the parking lot for the Queen Palm building is not secured and is extremely poorly lit at night. That said, the neighborhood is quiet and we did not feel unsafe.

This is the 2nd time within this year we have stayed at this resort. Location was amazing, grounds are very well laid out, everything you need is within close proximity; our accommodations were fabulous, clean and everything is there that you need to include all dishes, cookware, utensils, soaps, shampoos, washer, dryer located in your condo, etc. etc. and of course to top it all off the pool and hot tub were exceptional and staff were very friendly and professional which of course made our vacation exceptionally enjoyable. We will be back! Thank you once again!

The only negative point I have is the parking fee, for $20 per day seems a little high to pay on top of the cost of accommodations. I can understand having more than one vehicle to incur a cost but, 20 dollars a day for 1 vehicle in addition to the cost of your accommodations is a lot.

It rained the entire trip we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or amenities. I wanted to extend our stay for a day because of the weather, it was a little difficult to extend one day on the website and the young man at the front desk gave me some wrong information that caused me to be on the phone for about 3 hrs and eventually walking downstairs and the manager extended it in less than 15 min. And the floor was wet from the garbage can which left a smell. Otherwise I would’ve given all 10s!

We liked the spaces and facilities in our room, as well as the view. We had everything that we needed and more. They were really great.

Everything was perfect. It would be great to have a better cafeteria.

What I really liked about Club Wyndham for starters was the number of options of activities you can do like the mini golf course and the basketball court. Second of all, the detailing of the person’s/people want’s like the towels, blender, and the door on the balcony to not let bugs in. Lastly, the service. 10/10 they would answer at anytime and help you out no matter what .

Nothing it was just the people being loud in the hallways at 2-3am

Huge condo with big kitchen. Comfortable beds snd pillows. Beautiful views. Lots of towels. So comfortable and lovely.

When vacationing we want a break from cooking. An upscale restaurant would be nice inside the resort because we didn’t want to have to drive to get a meal. The resort cafe was pretty useless. Ovens all broken. Food choices narrow. That is your only complaint. The rest of the entire complex is absolutely wonderful and we loved it. However, and down season as it is now, we should not have to pay for parking, or go to a two hour long presentation in order to get the cost of parking refunded to us.

Location was great for our purpose for travel.

We were not on the main property. But room was very nice.

I love the awesome hospitality given by the young man named Shoran. He is the best and takes his job seriously, while caring for the well being of the customers. The resort is overall one of the best, inspite of the area it's located in.

The prices of items sold in Deli, isn't worth the amount of money they charge. The food is not the best. They should also think about staying open later in the evening, instead of closing in the early afternoon. The garbage shoot's are not big enough for most trash bags, so they're really useless.
