This facility is very clean with a very pleasant, helpful staff. I had to print some documents and there was a computer terminal with printer available. The printer ran out of paper and the staff gave me more paper without any question or hassle and didn't charge me for the printing. Outstanding service. My room was very clean and comfortable.,

My only issue was the showerhead needs to be replaced. It didn't provide a real good spray, that is a minor issue in my book.

The staff was great! We enjoyed breakfast in the mornin with the breakfast staff lady was so sweet n so nice! I like the reno rooms,clean n comfortable

Really there was only 1 thing for me.Im a big coffee drinker n the coffee that's there for the guest was really cold by early evening no biggie just the only thing I could think of

The woman working the continental breakfast was the hardest worker I’ve ever seen! Plus, she was kind and helpful.

No hairdryer in the bathroom, there was a place on the wall that you could see where it had once been, however. And, kind of knit picky, but there wasn’t a hook to hang a towel or robe from in the bathroom. And lastly, the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold even at its coldest setting.

We were in love with our beautiful view of the trees every morning, and the courtyard was very clean and beautiful! The breakfast buffet was always pristine, full of options and delish! We LOVED the drink station and ability to fill up our water bottles all day! The staff was always so helpful and kind! The room was amazing, clean, comfortable and we were very impressed with the TV viewing! We had tons of great channels, and movies!

This place is Beautiful. Room was very comfortable. Loved the Jacuzzi bath tub! Breakfast had so many choices and the hostess was steadily checking on everyone to see if they needed anything. It has been renovated since my last trip and it is gorgeous. The price was great for the facility, we will stay here on our next trip.

room was very spacious and comfortable, the property (especially the courtyard) was beautiful and well kept. the free breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel, everything was fresh and hot.

no USB ports anywhere in the room, the bed frame was a tiny bit squeaky

Breakfast was as it should be at these types of hotels. The front desk worker was very polite and helpful. The pool was in satisfactory condition.

People stomping up and down all night long - very thin floors. A mysterious woman who spent the entire day hanging around the kitchen area talking on a cellphone.

Rooms large and beds comfortable. Breakfast great with hot and cold options. Staff kept it stocked during breakfast hours. Pool was refreshing and clean. Good location, quiet. Courtyard and fountain were very nice.

Room had a little musty smell, but got better with running A/C.

Parking limitations. Shower curtain needs a liner to limit water spraying on the bathroom floor.

Their coffee tasted good the first morning but then after that (we stayed five nights), the coffee was terrible
