Super clean. Friendly staff. Rooms were good size; clean; updated. Complimentary breakfast was as good as the $100 buffet we had the day before in Orlando.

Shower pressure was a joke. How on earth anyone with hair is able to wash it, is an enigma. Same for a child. I had to resort to filling the paper coffee cup with water to wash my 3 year olds hair adequately. And the lack of trash cans - in the room and on the property. My husband ended up just leaving trash in the lobby because there was literally NO trash bins outside the entrance, or inside the lobby area. There was one in the entire hotel room; and it was divided into trash and recycling- but it was like a gallon total. Super frustrating.

the set up the room is well thought out with open rack drawers in white cabinets so you can see your stuff, and open drawers in the bathroom, as well as a small shelf to keep my items away from the sink. I had recently been traveling and stayed in multiple high end hotels and there were a lot of inconveniences in the name of "pretty".

the blind's chain is loud- i could hear the next room only when they opened/closed blinds. There was an increase in unhoused people in the area, one of whom was sitting on the back steps of the hotel where the front desk could not see.

Breakfast was average but dining area was clean and bright. Location was perfect for access to FSU and seemed just as close to FAMU. Customer service was always pleasant and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was a Friday night and a bar near the intersection must have been having a live band or something but it was extremely loud until late. We slept with a white noise app. The music seemed to be turned down at a designated time though. The gas station next to the parking lot has some rougher looking customers but I walked over to get some water bottles and snacks and didn't feel terribly unsafe.

Second time we have stayed. Great location to FSU and everything is walkable. The rooms are comfortable and well thought out. Coffee is good, too. Only negative is the free breakfast, but it’s free. Last year I complained about the watery oatmeal in my review and it’s still watery. The scrambled eggs are not 100% eggs and the sausage links are horrible. The manager should eat the breakfast.

I loved this nice and clean hotel. The beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and new. The staff were great and kind. Breakfast was free and good. The location is perfect, walking distance to FSU and local restaurants. Publix is very close

No shuttle or transportation to the airport but the website Booking.com contains false information about airport/hotel transfers The pool is never heated

Absolutely nothing! It is down the road from our daughter‘s new apartment where she goes to college in Tallahassee. We booked here to move her out of the other apartment and the price was fair. We would’ve stayed here again for move-in week, but the price was double, so they obviously gouge a bit when they know parents are coming up. I hate to see what it will be for parents weekend… We will stay somewhere else. But if the pricing is fair, this is a Great Place with an excellent location in college town.

Layout of facility, more than just one way in and out as this can be a very busy area depending on time of day, year, season, etc. Staff was exceptional, very pleasant, helpful, knowelegable of the area and just overall very welcoming. MGR. Mike was also helpful with booking a future stay for me and my family.

Lot of outside road noise, understand this is a college town and a busy area for the most part, so I can overlook a portion of it but with knowing this maybe consider installing sound proof windows? Or perhaps double sealing the windows? Something you can hear the outside stuff no matter where in the room you are, even the bathroom. I've stayed in multiple Hamptons in multiple states and don't recall paying a nightly parking fee!! I get the idea behind it but honors members should NOT be charged this extra fee! Pass that on to out of state visitors and non members. At the very least make it one flat rate not $15.00 per night then charge taxes on top of it!! That's Ridiculous. Make the stay more enjoyable for your long time loyal members.

This hotel is very close to the Capitol Building and the University. Extremely clean, beds are very comfortable, stuff members are very friendly, breakfast was good but I wish they would open at 6:00 or 6:30 am instead of 7:00 am it would give people who needs to be in places early more time to enjoy breakfast. We stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the location, literally in between both colleges. The breakfast was decent and fresh. I loved the fact that the hotel was very clean.

I didn't like the location of the pool. It's awkwardly positioned in the front of the hotel. Although there was parking available, the area where you park is pretty convenient but extremely tight, limited space.

The staff were always pleasant and ready to provide you with any assistance.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there were no dressers to simply put away your clothes and or belongings for the time spent there, so we literally had to live out of a suitcase, which was a bit inconvenient. However, overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay.
