Very relaxing stay. Good food. Misinformed about being Ocean front. On honeymoon , would have enjoyed sunset on the beach but thatt was not possible due to location not being on the beach as missed to believe. The hotel however was very nice.

Local pricing was high and events overpriced for what was offered. I'm a lover of deep sea fishing but it was much to pricy for my taste. Been deep sea fishing on both coast of the US as well as both Florida coast. This is the first trip I have taken where fishing was out of the question. A 4 hour trip for 170.00 is crazy. Never have I had to pay such prices. Also our room was for 3 people. 1 person could not make the trip. But the hotel had me locked in to non refundable rate so I paid for a 3rd person who could not come along. Disappointed in those tactics. Thought Hilton was above such a thing. I'll not make these arrangements again in my future trips.

We splurged as a group and booked a suite and it was extremely nice. Having access to phone controls was very convenient! Having 2 sinks and 2 mirrors was extremely nice for a group of women who do makeup. The size of the room was great! There was so much room to sit down and eat. The staff was super nice! Always a friendly face! The breakfast was great! I wish they had grits, but that's a personal request. I liked that there was guest laundry especially being so close to the beach. (Wish it was free, but 🤷🏾‍♀️)

The air conditioner in room 308 was LOUD but we didn't complain. Just a side note. The bathroom was a little small, but it worked.

The website said it was 400’ from beach. The assumption was it was on the beach. However you had to walk a block down to even get access to the beach. False advertising!

Although the advertisement that sold me on your hotel stated the closeness to the beach, there was no nearby access. Also, I requested a beach view and reminded you representative of the request when I checked in. That request was not honored

The room, pool, and location were great!

The breakfast was very frustrating every day while we were there. They ran out of many of the food items well before the breakfast time was over. When I asked about it, the man said “there were too many people”. They need to plan better! And even though the hotel is in a resort area, breakfast was served from 6-9am M-F with 7-10am on Sat. and Sundays. With the early closing on M-F, the breakfast area was extremely full from 8:45-9am with long lines. But then when we tried coming earlier, there were many items such as the sausage, yogurt, bakery items, and some cereal that had already run out. The hotel really needs to re-evaluate how they provide breakfast for their guests!

Room size was comfortable.

Hallways weren't kept clean. Public beach access was to far.

Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds and sheets were clean. Smelled clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Lots of pool toys to play with. The front desk also had beach toys for borrow. Free beach access was walkable. Down the road was beach access for $2 a person and was less crowded the free option. Go carts and arcade was across the street, Walmart was down the road. I believe it was in a good location.

Few noticeable spots need new paint. Like our bathroom door was kinda scratched up and looked a lil dingy but other than that nothing was amiss and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the hotel at all.

Pool was nice, room was clean, tv was big, bathroom was nice, shower was big, close to Back Porch Restaurant. .

The beach access on Saturday was only a sliver and there were tons of people but Sunday there were less people and at night the other condos and restaurants took down their ropes so there was more space. Just be aware it is public access and really crowded on Saturdays so if you want to sit near the beach you could try to get there really early

The room was huge, close to the beach.. free breakfast, awesome awesome staff. The pool was nice.

I didn't know how to get to the beach, I had to figure it out on my own. No instructions or signs anywhere. Air Conditioner in the room was so loud and was on 24-7, smh. I couldn't watch TV at all with that loud Air Conditioner, it was either too cold or too warm in that room, they definitely need new ones or something?!! Only 1 spot 4 an elevator, otherwise u have to walk up stairs. No laundry room anywhere. For the money I paid, should have been right on the beach but I booked last minute on a whim, , so, I guess that's my fault.

Some of the reviews made me nervous prior to arrival, but everything was good. I always thoroughly check over a room before I unpack, and I saw NO bugs like some reviews were saying. The only thing I saw was dust behind the furniture, but how often do you expect these people to move all the furniture. Anyway, the room was spacious and pretty clean. The pool area was awesome. The hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. These whiny reviews are probably from entitled people who are dramatic. For the price, this place was awesome. I had zero issues with any staff at any point. I loved that they always acknowledged my toddler when he would talk to them even if they didn't know what he was saying. I would definitely come back.
