I came here alone stayed in my room most of the time. I didn't have people over. I didn't play loud music. I didn't turn the TV up. I don't understand What grounds they based my noise. The management brought it to my attention, and I was fully aware of the quiet policy after they brought to my attention. I asked them what particular noise was I making. If you're gonna tell someone to keep it down and they ask you what seems to be the problem. You should have an answer remedy situation that I may not even realize has occurred

Close to businesses, easy access to the beach and other attractions. The pool was very nice, quiet and clean. I felt home. Very comfortable bed.

Id say that the bathroom could’ve been cleaner…… shower mat was a bit gross ( used flip flops to shower) We experienced roaches a couple of days before leaving. They were prompted in taking care of it. But we still saw a couple of them the day we left.

The only reason I didn't give 10 was because we never used the pool it was very dirty. we saw scum on the water either the water 💧 hadn't been changed or the filter wasn't working to its maximum potential other than that everything else was great.

Once we had the correct key code, it was easy, but the code in my booking.com email was incorrect and I had to ring customer services, which was stressful as was not answered swiftly. After transatlantic flight, car rental pick up, journey to apartment, I feel the Jasmine should send the code, via whatever electronic format and the customer confirm receipt on day of arrival. Thereafter, everything was great, great room, spacious, great TV & viewing facilities in living space and bedroom, great parking. Good access to Olas Boulevard (main F.Lauderdale area).

Noise can be a problem from other apartments, walls are quite thin. Shower and bath not the best. Plug or bowl for kitchen in apartment 7 is needed, mandatory, otherwise u can't wash dishes properly.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and well kept. Just enough “house hold items” were provided to get us through our stay.

We stayed in Apartment 1 and the smell from the trash being right there was a little overwhelming and the small back patio was useless because of how bad the smell was, but that was our only bump during our stay’

Was told that the $100 cleaning fee would be returned to me. Still hopeful.

checked out between 11a.m. and 4p.m. under the belief our family was going to be switching rooms. Will no knowledge that I we would be returning to the same room, with delayed access, we returned to the untouched unit we had left earlier that morning. With a different door code and not cleaned.

Door key code not working. Constant noise at front and back from workmen even at the weekend. Lounge too dark. One dim light is not enough.

It was comfortable by size but the bed wasn’t comfortable overall everything else was wonderful specially the people who works there. Everybody was nice and friendly and very helpful all my questions and requests were answered very fast. Thank you

The bed and the bathtub

The location offered beautiful interior and a great location close to many things. The hosts were very communicative and available for questions 24/7. Instructions for the check in and check out process were very clear!

I liked the yard. All the apartments on the first floor have it and it is great. Also, I liked that the apartment is big enough.

I didn’t like the bathtub because the bathtub drain was stacked full with hair and the water didn’t run out.
