Explain how to access the lock on the door. I had never seen one like that and had to get another resident to explain it. The interior doors are hard to close and stick. Lack of cleaning supplies such as dish detergent, broom and dust pans. Ready directions for the laundry facilities (which were excellent when I located them) because I had to search for them when I was told about them. A list of local grocery stores and eateries as well as attractions would be handy as well.

Our stay at Blue Parrot has been second to none. We’ve extended our stay twice when we had a chance to move elsewhere. Rob the property manager has nearly become a friend he has been so pleasant to work with. He even stopped by at one point to say hello when we needed a few things. If you need a place close to the beach and every thing else, choose Blue Parrot!

This spot's a gem! Just a stone's throw from the beach, Las Olas, and Lauderdale by the Sea. Plus, you've got a grocery store and a mall nearby. And let's not forget, it's in a nice, luxurious and quiet neighborhood! I got to know some of the folks residing in the area and they were all super friendly. Other guests during my stay seemed friendly as well, it felt like a little community!

We loved this property! Like home away from home! Super nice area in Ft. Lauderdale, lots of big nice houses around, very safe, tons of stuff within just a few minutes. The pool was super enjoyable, loved the amount of privacy, and the laundry was a huge bonus for us! My favorite thing was all the coffee! 😄 was just perfect for us.

Excellent and quiet location, near to restaurants, the beach and supermarket. Great to have the pool to cool off at the end of the day. The property had good air conditioning , a comfortable bed and decent shower. We took advantage of using the laundry room that had modern washers and dryers. Extra towels were provided when requested.

It is in good location, beautiful apartment with everything in it. Absolutely love this place. I highly suggest to everyone. Building has washer and dryer. It has big bed, nice living room and full kitchen with everything you need in it. Love the swimming pool. Very nice

This is literally what you’d be looking for if you went looking for “Fort Lauderdale”. I stayed over Thanksgiving as I was displaced due to a fire and but for nothing else I was grateful this year to have found this place. Awesome pool, tucked away location RIGHT next to Galleria, The Beach and Victoria Park but tucked away enough that i practiced with my new drone out in the street all day without interruption from traffic. If you have money then go to Vegas and put it all on the fact we’ll soon be saying ‘remember when we first found that spot?’ This is my go to from now on and my recommended go to for the homies.

Its under new management who are awesome so it will no doubt take off soon and i wont have the place to myself ever again.

My family and I was there for our son's National Taekwondo Competition. The location was excellent, close to everything (the Fort Lauderdale Beach, variety of food restaurants 👌😀👍😋, stores, shopping at the Galeria Mall). Lula and the management team made sure we had full accommodations. Top notch service!!! My kids especially enjoyed the pool. We felt extremely safe.

Where do I begin? I cannot express enough with mere words of how amazing and gracious Ray has been to my kids and me. I want to officially endorse the Blue Parrot Apartments. This is the BEST of the best and I won't recommend anything else. I had stayed in another condo previously and wished I could have come here instead. Being here now, it has exceeded my expectations. Ray is beyond exquisite as a host. What a compassionate, beautiful soul and it shows in the surroundings of the complex. I recommend the Blue Parrot and I always will. Thank you, Ray, thank you from my heart.

That I will have to go. Having met Ray for a short moment in my life has been a blessing. I will not only miss this place, I will miss him.

Ray was very quick respond and efficient with all of our needs, so extremely pleasant to deal with. The apartment is so cozy and comfortable, with super comfy mattress, pillows, and linens. The towels so soft, and best part of all, the unit as well as the pool were squeaky clean. There’s an espresso machine with lots of favorite pods, and the decor is tasteful. It’s also very safe. We would like to stay again.
