Soleado was a great place for our family of 7 to stay. The rooms were larger than we expected, with small kitchen, kitchen table, living room with sleapable sofa, bedroom, storage cabinet-room and bathroom. The rooms are not brand-new, but they were clean. Staff was super friendly. Cleaning was not done on daily basis, but this suited us very well. We did not have a car, but there are small stores nearby from were you can buy breakfast. Ordered food via Uber. It was super nice to eat by the pool in tranquile environment, just with our family. Would surely recommend Soleado, and will come back! Just notice: it is a small hotel, and not brand new. But cozy, safe and good value for money!

For us everything worked very well. At some point it might be good to update the bedroom dressers, as they were a bit worn out in some rooms.

The property was very nice and well kept. My room was clean and had all the essentials. The location was great as well, a block from the beach, close to cafes and restaurants, and a few blocks from the nature preserve.

Though the room was very clean, it could use some updating. Some finishes were rusty or roughly marked and it would definitely benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Took away a bit from the aesthetic but did not take away at all from the experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The room was extremely clean when we arrived. Cleaning staff were available throughout the day, so if you sleep in, you can still have the room cleaned. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Parking on-site was included. It was great to have a kitchenette - this allowed us to prepare some meals in the suite and to relax. There were TVs in both the bedroom and living room. The ceiling fan in the living room was a nice touch. The property was quiet and had a relaxing vibe. There were beach chairs and beach towels included. The bedroom closet was easily the size of the kitchenette - it was giant and included a room safe.

The toilet seemed to be running constantly, we didn't report this until the end of the stay because it wasn't a big deal. We just shut the bathroom door.

Excellent location, 2 blocks from the beach. Spacious well equipped one bedroom apartment. Bedding was very comfortable. I had some difficulty when I arrived after business hours, but booking helped me reach the owners and I got my room keys right after.

I feel they should have staff at least by 9am to check in and receive guests, but they do have good signage on how to reach them if no one at the office.

The location is wonderful…2 short blocks from the beach; there is a small market and three small cafes just down the block and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The suite was clean and stocked with all necessities and the owners and staff were friendly and responsive to any concerns (e.g. immediately replaced beach chairs and umbrella that were in bad shape.)

The water pressure was too low. Probably needs new plumbing.

Ft. Lauderdale's best kept secret. A quaint art-deco feel Aparthotel with all the amenities you need. Kitchen is well equipped, large shower, comfortable bed, most importantly CLEAN! Beach is close, towels, beach chairs and umbrella in room (nice touch), or relax by the pool with an occasional visit from the Iguanas. Owners and family are friendly and do their best to accommodate requests. Nice job, nice place, we'll be back.

Room was clean, pool very clean but cold. Location was great …close to beach, room had chairs and towels. Nice cafe, bakery and breakfast places near by.

Kitchen lacked some cooking utensils.. lots of pots and pans but no spatulas . No oven but cooktop worked great. AC units are loud at night. Office rarely open check in / out easy with email instructions but would be hard to reach someone if issues.

Clean and comfortable facility with a friendly and accommodating staff. The apartment type rooms suit us as we prefer not to eat out for every meal. The two story facility overlooking a well landscaped pool is far better than being 10 stories up in hotel room only accessible by elevator. The facility is a just a short walk to the beach and chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided.

The apartment was spacious enough to be comfortable. Beach was close. Our TV was broke and the owner got us a new one the next day. The staff is very friendly and helpful the room was always clean. For the most part this a nice place to stay.

The kitchen pans were not very good. Food always got stuck. Had to microwave most of time. Owners had a party on patio next to our room. Was very loud and noisy as guests were having a good time. We stayed out as much as we could but it lasted into late evening. We could not hear the TV. The weather was chilly so we had our windows open and cigarette smoke would come in.. The air conditioners are very loud making it difficult to hear TV and sleep. The weather was chilly so we did not use them much. New door locks were installed and ours never locked from outside, could open with a pull of the handle. We advised owner but it did not get fixed while we were there, leaving us to hope that no one would try to come in when we went out.

This property was close to the beach, in a great central location, had plenty of parking and easy check in. The apartment was clean and stocked with lots of home/beach necessities. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for a small family or group. Nice pool, BBQ area and sitting areas for the guests use. I would definitely recommend it!

The only thing missing was some coffee filters for the coffee left by management. Not a big deal but would be helpful
