The location was excellent The pool area was quiet and relaxing

Air conditioning was noisy and kept us awake. Sheet of insulation/sound proofing had been left out in the room on display.

The most important things Villa Venezia has to offer. Great location. Very clean. Free parking. Close to the beach. Close to stores, things to do, and great places to eat. Excellent Staff especially Sarai!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is a truly kind and professional person who I would love to have on my staff! She will make it right and your stay perfect!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These quick fixes will make a big difference: 1-A better understanding of what the property offered before we arrived would have helped. Either a brochure with full disclosure of available things to help the stay. It took a bit to get our bearings. You have things that are amazing when you travel, but we have to know about them like bikes, beach chairs, umbrella (but you need new ones.) 2- PLEASE, PLEASE stop using TIDE or strong allergic laundry as MANY people are allergic like me. There are many allergy free detergents that will do the job. It's a gamechanger, if you can't sleep every night on vacation. Very much appreciated!!! 3- Update the dated decor would be a good investment, the current makes things look old.

The property is located in a beautiful area , and minutes away from the beach and downtown area. The place itself is clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable and pretty looking. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was serviced every day. We had a little area outside the room where we had our coffee and enjoyed the morning sun. We also used the pool which, was clean and very enjoyable. Parking is available. Staff is friendly and eager to please. I certainly do recommend it and plan to return when in FLL.

I had booked the hotel on Sunday but forgot to check the driving distance from Disney World. It turned out to be almost a 4-hour drive. I messaged the hotel and explained the situation. The lady kindly cancelled our booking so we could rebook for the next day. We were incredibly grateful for that. When we arrived the next day, we received such a warm and friendly welcome, and saw that our apartment was absolutely beautiful! So spacious, so lovely, and so clean. We found the garden, the pool, and the apartment so relaxing that we decided to book an extra night. Such kind people. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Nothing at all, this is a piece of paradise in Ft Lauderdale

Ten out of ten because I had great company :-p It was very romantic and it will remain a fantastic memory for both of us. You were very friendly and able to resolve any issues perfectly. Fabulous thing about this place is the pool. 24/7 and heated up. Just right temperature. Thank you so much for being there when we needed you and extra water during a very hot day. Great place. Recommend to anyone who is passing by or staying for longer. For 3 star you have the best facilities in the room you can get in Florida. We travelled around for the last 2 weeks and this one is the best one so far. Well done.

I loved everything about the stay, the location, facilities, and service. The team, especially Oxana, did an amazing job to make sure my stay is perfect. Nothing was a trouble, I actually didn't have to ask for anything. They were able to allow me to check in early and check out late. They upgraded my room to a bigger one with a view to the channel, and that kind of elevated my whole vacation experience to the moon. It was literally hard to make myself leaving the room. The number of kitchen appliances exceeded the one I have in my own home. They have also provided umbrellas and chairs for the beach, and all kind if activities and entertainment advice that made my whole experience just fantastic and money wise. I usually took the bus to and from the beach, and walked to Las Olas Boulevard restaurants. The distance is the same, about 15 min walk, but I preferred air conditioned bus when the sun was up. The taxi is quite cheap as well. And Publix had great variety for all kind of food and deli someone might wish. I am immensely grateful to the villa Venezia, they definitely made my experience with the whole destination. I am totally sure I will be back.

Very nice small hotel, beautifully and calmly located with short distance to the beach or Las Olas Boulevard. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. They offer everything you would need, working AC, TV, Fridge, WiFi. Every room is different but offers a huge level of amenity. There’s a small pool in the garden and free parking directly in front of the house. Extra bonus and many thanks go to Oksana and Andrea who operate the hotel. I wasn’t able to travel further due to hurricane Helene and was stuck for an additional night. They simply offered me another (much bigger) room for the same price and I was safe. Thank you again! ❤️ This is hotel is a strong recommendation for Fort Lauterdale and it will not be the last time that I visited it. Avoid the big anonymous chains and opt for Villa Venezia instead!

From the moment I arrived everything was perfect. I was greeted by the hosts I was warmly welcomed. The property is well maintained with a beautiful pool, lounging area and bbq/ outdoor dining facilities. The hotel had a decent occupancy, yet I didn’t find to be disturbed by any surrounding noise. My apartment was beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Location is also amazing- close to the beach front & las olas blvd near stores and restaurants. I recommend this spot as the only place to stay in Lauderdale- will certainly be back!

Perfect location, walking distance from the downtown. At the same time, it is a quiet place, with a view on a canal, with its own pool and bbq area. The manager of the hotel, Oksana, is the best, cheerful, and ready to help anytime. She knows the location very well and gives super tips about the places you can visit and have fun.

The welcome and check-in process with the Villa Venezia host was excellent. The lady who greeted us was so friendly and had everything buttoned down and ready to go days before we arrived. She even has a delightful cat (Luna) that was part of the welcome committee.

The property is about pleasant 20mins walk from both downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Lauderdale beach. It's just a little too far to walk quickly if the weather is very hot. So we Uber'd if we needed to move quickly or if we did some grocery shopping.
