Location: PERFECT! This property is located very close to everything! Dinner, shopping, the beach, the cruise port. Host: AWESOME! Alex was very attentive, checked in on us along the way, and offered some fantastic eating spots. Property: GREAT! Parking is a snap right out front. Super quiet area. The room was perfect. We travel a lot and see a variety of properties, AirBnBs, VRBOs, etc. This unit ranks at the top of the list of one of the best places we've stayed. It was very clean and cozy.

We were very happy to stay in the apartment, which not only matched, but exceeded my expectations. It was a comfortable, clean and cozy place, equipped with all the necessities. It was very nice to be able to park conveniently right by the house and sometimes we even walked to some restaurants on Las Olas (about 20 minute walk, which is enjoyable when the weather is not too hot). The communication with the host was on point and the booking and check-in process were super simple. If we have a need to stay in Fort Lauderdale, I would definitely consider returning to Alani Bay Villas if they are available for booking.

Stayed for a week with my partner at this beautiful villa and we loved it!! The neighbourhood feels so safe to walk around the location to most facilities is within walking distance. It was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy. Alex the owner is also very easy to get in touch with and makes sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved the furnishings and the apartment itself. It had everything we needed.

We had a 4pm check in and when we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned and we had to wait on the driveway out the front for half an hour to get in. I know people make honest mistakes however it wasn’t a good start . I have run rental properties myself and sure I have made mistakes but I always try and make up for it, to make the guest feel good. Also better to have a car in this property it’s not really close to cafes or restaurants.

The apartment is situated within a small house in a fantastic neighbourhood. Walking around the streets and admiring houses and gardens is something that I would recommend. You need to drive for going to the beaches or to the river/marina. The host was very helpful with advices about the best locations to visit in a short stay in Fort Lauderdale. The kitchen had everything we need. Good thing also the parking spaces on the driveway.

The owner was very responsive and very helpful with local recommendations. Also checked in with us to make sure we arrived okay and were settled. The day we left I dropped my purse on the ground. With in 10mins of leaving the property he called to let me know. I was able to come back and get it. They saved our vacation!!

No complaints!

I loved how cozy the space felt! I was there alone but it could've easily been a romantic getaway for a couple. The location was great! I was able to walk through a very safe neighborhood to get to the Riverwalk. Just a quick Uber away from the water. It was very quiet and clean all around the property and I loved the code lock instead of having to keep keys.

The bathroom was a bit small.

We liked the price and location, it was an easy choice. The apartment was super clean, well decorated, and the customer service was above and beyond amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

The only thing we didn't like was that it rained during our stay, but we can't control the weather. everything else was fantastic.

Excellent location with a car, in a fancy, safe and peaceful area. The place its very clean, small and cute. Good wi-fi. Easy check in and parking. Alex its an excellent host.

Everything was good. I recommend to improve the mattress, and change the AC remote control.

Everything was perfect. Alex was a great host and his dining recommendations were on point! The bed was very comfortable. The property is located minutes from the cruise port and any beach dining you might want to do. The neighborhood was very quiet. Parking was a breeze with nice roomy spots.
