Parking … too expensive between hotel fees and constant tipping

We stayed here for two days and found the hotel to be very clean with new decor. The room was a great size with a balcony which was a nice touch that overlooked a neighboring building's swimming pool. All of the front desk staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. I want to especially commend Bria for being really helpful and friendly with a positive smile. The rooftop bar and pool area were nice as well.

The only negative which wasn't a huge deal for us is that from our room on the eighth floor you could hear music from the rooftop bar which was one floor above. Those who are light sleepers could be bothered.

Extremely clean, modern. Friendly staff throughout. Beautiful lobby. I had breakfast in the restaurant every day and it was great, try the breakfast sandwich. It came with the best "breakfast potatoes" I have ever had, it was pretty shocking that they were that good from a hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed, comfortable office and desk area, huge TV, roomy bathroom, and a nice shower. The rooftop pool was very impressive. This far exceeded any other Courtyard Marriott I have ever stayed at, and felt like it should have been a much more expensive hotel. I would go out of my way to stay here again the next time I'm in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Kind of an odd location. The hotel is part of a brand new development which spans about a block, but the immediate surrounding area isn't great. If you have a car, this is not a big deal. Also, parking was confusing. I don't like having to pay $32/day to park and then feeling compelled to tip the valet each time I wanted to leave the property. It was not clear how to park without using the valet service.

Breakfast was very tasty. View from the rooftop was amazing. Gym was fit for purpose. Overall convenient location and comfortable accommodation.

While Breakfast was very tasty, the breakfast voucher could have been more. I think our family of three received a USD 20 voucher at the breakfast place adjacent to the lobby (which only covers part of the final bill). Pool was freezing though and we were told it would be heated as well.

The design of the hotel, the gym and the pool was also nice.

The price of the parking is very high.

The customer service was excellent by the entire staff. When we drove up to the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the outside attendant, and the same great customer service continued throughout our two days stay. Your hotel team is top-notch. The entire hotel was so clean and nicely decorated. Our room was so comfortable we felt like we were home.

The pool area was the best , I loved the food . And the beds it was very comfortable and clean . Loved the shower & I think the different setting of lights .

Breakfast was great customer service was awesome. Didn’t get room service until second night there which didn’t bother me as I went down to the desk and was able to get some towels. Air conditioner didn’t work properly as it did not keep the room cool.

The room didn’t cool

Everything was excellent, room was clean, the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Only provided valet service, the morning it us leaving we ended up being late to our event because the valet was busy.

Clean , Comfortable and Location

Food Cheese platter had very old cheese, Waitresses received Trip in advance and has no interest in Customer, no refills on water, pays zero interest in your need! Why got their Tip all ready
