Property was wonderful in almost every aspect. Room was great, hotel restaurant and staff were great, hotel entertainment options were great and the breakfast was also great.

I’m glad first impressions aren’t everything because I pulled into the parking garage up a long ramp to get to a gate. There was a sign that said if you haven’t checked in yet push the intercom button to be let in and then you will need to come inside to check in. Instead when I pushed the button a rude individual instructed me to back all the way back down the ramp, with cars around me and to park in a nearby lot and walk up to check in.

It is the second time in different cities that I have stayed in these hotels, my experience in general is good, for me the most important thing is the cleanliness and comfort, this hotel gets a 10/10 everything is very nice modern decorated with good taste, the Very beautiful pool area, everything clean, the lady who runs the bar very friendly.

Breakfast little variety, just drink coffee. But what I didn't like is that you have to pay $30 dollars a day for parking. I think it's an abuse that you stay in your hotel and also have to pay extra money for parking. I stayed in another city before the same hotel doesn't charge parking. .

The breakfast is nice and hot/ self serve. Some of the staff are friendly, the hotel was very clean/well kept & providing me with a good customer experience while working remote.

The deposit/ authorization hold at check in is very conflicting as it did not reflect in the important information— $50 per night. The elderly female bartender was very unprofessional and gave an unpleasant experience especially during an economic crisis, customers choose to spend hard earned money at this establishment we should all be treated with respect.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were coming off of a cruise and arrived very early, so we asked if we could check our bags in while we waited for our room. Instead they allowed us to check into our room hours early which was a huge relief! The room itself was a very spacious room and was perfect for a full size family with kitchenette and everything provided. Definitely recommend again.

Location was a bit sketchy near a transit station, but that’s not on the hotel. Only other cons were that the room did feel a bit in need of an update, which made it feel pretty over priced for what/where it was. Would still recommend again.

Location is a leisurely 15 min walk from main streets downtown and a large supermarket. Great for restaurants, cafes and bars. Our room was lovely and big with all the facilities you need. There is a pool and pool bar which does food. Staff were professional and very helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and if you wished you could take it up to your room. Definitely a great stay and we were there for 2 weeks visiting relatives and have no negatives at all.

This was my second time staying here, and once again it was an excellent experience. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and attentive. I also really appreciate the amenities—the pool, fitness center, and laundry room are all well maintained, and the breakfast bar is a great bonus. Highly recommend!

I do wish they offered more fruit options at breakfast—perhaps a fresh fruit salad or a wider variety of whole fruit.

The location was good and made it accessible to restaurants and shops. The guest attendant, Alton, was exceptional and helped us with professionalism and quality care.

My only issue was after checkout. The elevator is card key activated, which means that you can only access the floors by swiping with it. When we had to leave to get to the parking level, we had to wait for someone with a card key to activate the parking level floor for us because we had surrendered ours. Hopefully, there will be a solution to that in the future.

Love the staff the cleanliness. Briana from the kitchen was awesome in the mornings. The location was ideal the food was top shelf. Tge games and entertainment was nice at night times. The kids enjoyed the clean fun at the pool.

The washers was not working while we were there we had to go off compound to wash. And my family had a problem the the shower I'm guessing because of the type of room we had. The water when bathing was exceeding onto the bathroom floor we had to continuously mop it up. And the parking for hotel guest was a little too pricey.

The hotel itself is great. There is no segregation of Tru and Home2, which is nice - the facilities are open to all. The lobby is spacious with loads of seating and a pool table. The breakfast was good and the staff in there were really cheerful. The food was OK and there was plenty of choice. There was complimentary tea and coffee available all day and all night. The rooms were a great size for the four of us (two adults and two children). Its a nice touch to be able to log into your own Netflix on the TV. The wireless is fast and free and the small kitchen was very useful (it would be good if they give you extra dishwasher detergent when they cleaned the room). The room was cleaned on one of the days (I think it was after the second night). The pool was open from 8am and there were plenty of towels available there. There was also a Laundromat which we used without a hitch (but you need your own detergent).

The area is very shady. We love the Home2 and Tru brand and the hotel itself was lovely... but we wouldn't stay here again until the area is regenerated (seems like that is happening). The area just behind the hotel has a bus station and we were not comfortable walking through it with kids.
