This hotel has a great location easily accessed a few miles off I 95, but right near the heart of Las Olas Blvd. When you pull into the entry theres a visitors 15 minute parking area for convenience. Checking in was fast and the two level parking lot is part of the hotel building, very convenient, $30 per night. Our room was immaculate, new carpet comfy beds and pillows. micro, coffee maker and frig. Big bathroom with off the charts water pressure and plenty of hot water. Shower designed thoughtfully so you can turn on the shower without getting wet like so many hotels, my wife liked that. Bed was comfy, AC worked great. For anyone interested in staying near Las Olas Blvd without paying the exorbitant hotel prices, this place is for you. The breakfast was very good, hot scrambled eggs, bacon and turkey sausage, oatmeal, breads and fruits and much more. The Gold Lion bar at the Riverside Hotel, which has a great and amazingly inexpensive happy hour, is just a short walk away. Las Olas Blvd is within footsteps. Don't think twice about booking a room here, it's a great hotel at a great price!

I liked how the hotel was just a block down the street from Las Olas Boulevard. Las Olas Boulevard is Fort Lauderdale's "Main Street" and where you can find lots of restaurants and eateries. Two restaurants on Las Olas Boulevard that I really enjoyed were American Social and Louie Bossi's Ristorante Bar Pizzeria. Morton's the Steakhouse is another amazing restaurant and it's directly across the street from the hotel. My bed was very comfortable and the A/C temperature in the room was very comfortable. I really loved the outdoor pool at this hotel! I used it during 3 of the 4 days that I stayed here in Fort Lauderdale. One good thing about this outdoor pool is that it is heated and the hotel provides towels to use for the pool.

I wish housekeeping would have come to clean the room and make the bed during one of the days I was staying there. They did not come at all to make the bed during any of my days there. Was disappointed. When I stayed in Cancun, Mexico at a nice beachfront resort the housekeeping staff came every day to clean the room while I was out.

The room had a very bad odor during the night of our arrival and next day, despite my request. Only after 2 days it was smelling good. No fresh fruits during breakfast and one day no pancakes cause you run out of the mix.

The location is about 5 miles from the airport. Check-in is a breeze. It's a quiet place and the staff is very welcoming. The bed is pretty firm and comfortable. There's a microwave and a small fridge in the room, including a coffee maker. There is free coffee at the lobby 24 hrs. The room comes with continental breakfast, with enough varieties.

The location is more like an office district, so there's not too many people walking around, particularly at night. There's some homelessness in the neighborhood that makes you uncomfortable to walk after dark.

The location is walking distance from downtown, where you can experience a variety of restaurants and nightlife. It's also a pick-up location for the water taxi, which is worth experiencing. The staff is amazing! Special thanks to Jodi, Lauren, and Andrena. They made our stay very welcoming and were extremely helpful in recommending activities and assisting in booking a taxi for us. Also, the breakfast was delicious.

My only con was housekeeping never replenished our coffee even though there was a coffee maker in the room. Therefore, if you're a late night coffee drinker, you will need to purchase.

I stayed in different Fairfield hotels over time, and the service in this one was not amazing. Granted it is a hotel close to the center, but I'm used to more service (coffee in room getting replaced, more variety like tea and water in the room, cups getting replaced when used, etc.). All at all, nice but not amazing. The location did make up for it.

Judging the available breakfast space what was on offer was reasonable .Would have liked croissants and more sweet pastries.Somedays the Egg,cheese and sausage were that hard the plastic knife could not cut into it. Room cleaning daily was great.Location very good

Room was amazing. Large bathroom with a huge shower. Large comfy bed and a great sitting area for relaxing. Andrena on check-in was amazingly helpful and a credit to the hotel. Location is excellent just a very short walk to Las Olas and it's amazing shops, restaurants and river. The rooftop pool was just perfect at the end of the day when the sun had moved off it. Out of 10 hotels on our travels, this is the only one that had a gluten free muffin at breakfast to go with yoghurt and fruit...thank you!

The location was perfect. Walking around Las Olas Blvd. was a great experience . So much to see. The river walk was nice as well. Great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool at the hotel. Our room was comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was low, simply dribbled out.

Breakfast was fine although not as much variety as I experienced in same chain in Canada. I thought the staff was good but one person was exceptional and unfortunately I do not have her name. She was extremely personable and helpful with a cheery smile. I noticed she was same with all guests. I wish I had her name to commend her. The location was also very good. We got a taxi to an excellent restaurant for dinner. All very good and I would stay again if the occasion came up. My only problem was I could not get reservations for another day at the end of our cruise. We had to stay at Best Western which is no comparison.

A little better price, unfortunately the CAD dollar was not great during our stay. But that is not something anyone can control. Two nights in Florida (Friday at Fairfield and a Saturday at Best Western) cost us over 700$ CAD!
