The room was very nice, just what I booked. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Also had a full kitchen with a washer and dryer. The pool and pool area were beautiful!! There were 3 hot tubs.

The parking was very expensive, $40 a day. It says on the website 40 a night if you choose to use the facilities parking deck, but there is no place in front or behind the building to park. Our 6th night at the hotel I went and asked front desk if there was parking somewhere else that wasn't so expensive, which I asked the night we checked in and the front desk person at that time just rolled her eyes at me when I said $40 a night is quite a bit for parking. The lady I asked on the 6th night said there is a parking deck right across the road, which charges $20. So the last 2 nights that is where we parked. I guess if you go to Fort Lauderdale, you better plan parking fees in your travel budget because it costs to park everywhere you go. Parking for this trip cost us about $600.

Flow House FTL is a one-of-a-kind experience. The room was sustainably chic with everything you need + more (awesome toiletries, Nespresso maker, towels/robes, balcony w/ a view, etc.). The amenities are outrageous; floor P is the place to be. From Hemmingway's breakfast/Cuban sandwich to the state-of-the-art gym, plunge pools, and spas, this is upscale stuff. Blend in with the residents and chill by the pool, where there's always some special event going on or just beautiful people walking around the deck. Location is central and awesome. Las Olas is a happening place. 10 stars out of 5. Will be going back toute suite.

Not one thing.

The hotel was very luxurious in location and decor. The parking was clean and very convenient to get to the room. The facilities of the property were top tier, it has a beautiful entertainment and swim area. The gym was an actual full size gym with many options. The decoration and vibe of the entire building were top of the line, I can't state this enough. The hotel is in the midst of so much entertainment and dining options. The river walk was so beautiful and clean and right outside the front of the property. I would stay there again and again. The value was exceptional.

I didn't like the fact that there was no vending machines to get water from. There are water fountains in the gym, but it would have been preferred to have a place to get bottled water. We had to order the water from Uber Eats.

I had the pleasure of staying in a two-bedroom apartment, and the quality of the establishment was exceptional. The interior designer possesses remarkable taste. The staff members were particularly commendable, especially the individual with whom I initially interacted during my check-in process. Regrettably, I cannot recall her name, but I would like to extend my gratitude to her for her assistance.

There's an extension between the sliding door to the balcony and the living room; you have to watch out for it. It is a trip hazard from the living room to the outside balcony. I was on the 6th floor; imagine being on the 32nd floor.

The best part was Nicola who went above and beyond for our party. Because of the change in owners, our rooms were changed and my sister's family was placed in a smaller room. She quickly found them an open room that better fit their family. Then she personally fixed their thermometer when it wasn't working. The rooms were very new and clean. The pool was beautiful. Location was great, right downtown so we could walk everywhere.

There were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms, only the kitchen. Parking was really expensive at $40 a day. The lobby was kind of hard to find.

Excellent location and great facilities. Very comfortable and well equipped room which suited our extended stay in Fort Lauderdale very comofrtable and enjoyable. The pool and leisure facilities were an added but very welcome bonus.

The elevator situation was a little confusing at first but we soon got used to it. The noise from the nearby rail line was a little worrying at first but we soon became used to it and it didn't bother us at all.

The Flow apartments accepted our reservation at the very last minute because the Wyndham Sea Gardens cancelled our booking, and neither them nor booking.com were willing to find us alternative accommodation, although we had booked in October, 2024. Staff and facilities are great!

Parking charges are $40 per night, and a train line runs behind the apartments. This is noisy day and night... Ensure that you are not on a lower floor at the back of the building.

Beautiful, stylish rooms and great building amenities! The pool and hot tub were delightful, and the gym is top notch. Staff was super friendly and always available. The location is great, right on the river walk. Plenty of great food and drink nearby.

The pool and other amenities were very nice. The staff was friendly and offered us a free smoothie at a local place because the message system to notify us the keys were ready got a little messed up.

The messaging system to notify us our keys were ready wasn't working properly so we had a bit later check-in than we would have liked but we were able to hang out at a local bar and watch the football game so it was alright.

I liked very much the location, views and facilities of the condo-hotel.

At a lower floor you can hear the noise from the Wharf until 3:00 am- which was not ideal. The train is so close to the building that you can hear the noise and feel the vibrations in the whole apartment.
