- welcoming approach demonstrated by each and every member of staff - modern, stylish, hi tech, spacious and comfortable rooms - large bathroom with powerful rainbow shower, quality sustainable toiletries and soft fluffy towel selection - decent sized evening-sun facing balcony (based on stays in room #1406 & #1506) - high standard of cleanliness, everything and everywhere is spotless! - well equipped gym and ample sunloungers/seating around the pool, which despite the high rise building around it gets full on sun until 3pm - great breakfast menu with items cooked and served perfectly, to order by the lovely team - great location for restaurants, bars, shops, river walk, 2 miles from the beach front and less than 15 mins by car to the cruise port - Director of Rooms, Jeff Katz, is there in person, not hiding in a back office somewhere, demonstrating the hotel commitment to making each guest’s stay the best it can be

Balcony rooms can experience noise pollution if balcony doors are left open due to proximity to Las Olas Blvd, drawbridge etc.

The Hyatt hotel has still not after 2 months deleted the money reservation on my Mastercard althouh my husbond paid with his credit card. I have called the hotel and they promised to do it but it has not happened. Therefore we have hesitation to book at Hyatt again

great view, location, nice gym, big room, great sweatshirt robes, motion sensor night light in bathroom, lots of towels, nice coffee/tea selection, most lights you can turn on from one switch by the door, they have a champagne vending machine by the elevators, managers were great at helping with an issue we had

bathroom light super bright & needs dimmer. lights in bar also super bright like a cafeteria parking was $36 per day ( but has in and out privleges) Aquafina offered in room which isn’t great water choice/flavor, online we picked a balcony room but didn’t get one when we arrived :( could have some better pillows that aren’t feathers and a sheet between me and the comforter

Noise from the roads and streets at night which they cannot control! But choosing fresh air over aircon we needed the balcony open. Do not appreciate resort fees when you arrive at 6pm and are gone by 10:30 but its law in FL and again not the hotel choosing to apply it at fault. Also hope that when we return for a 3 night stay next week they will make an exception and give us fresh towels every day (sign said every 3 days is the change policy 😳)

I liked everything about this hotel. I paid for valet service n that was exceptional. Staff was excellent everywhere very accommodating as well from supervisor Nicolas and Addison at front desk. There is a restaurant on ground floor and the food is awesome. The gym and pool on 8th flr is also awesome. The pool has a bar n some rooms are on pool flr with a balcony. Beautiful hotel and very clean fitness ctr with state of the art equipment. I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms are modern. Addison at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly as well as her supv. Nicolas. I will be referring this hotel to everyone I know

Everything was perfect in my opinion.

The location was central to the city and the hotel was amenities were wonderful. Very clean and the decor was nice. The best part: the staff is amazing. We evacuated due to a hurricane and stayed here and everyone from the valet to the front desk to our bartender were all amazing humans. So kind and helpful. I want to stay here again under better circumstances.

My only gripe is you are forced to valet park. Makes getting access to your car for the random forgotten item a little difficult but downtown parking is always a hassle and the valet was quick to return with your car.

The roof top pool was pretty cool. The staff on the front desk were so accommodating and let us store our luggage when we arrived early for our room. Gave us pool access, WiFi password and then messaged us when the room was ready. Such a friendly and welcoming place with excellent staff. The WiFi was really good and fast. Rooms were comfortable and huge. My 3 year old had a massive bed all to himself. Had a really enjoyable breakfast with a good selection and great value for money. Even Starbucks coffee available to order. The staff in the restaurant were incredible and even got my son some crayons and a colouring page when they saw him get upset. excellent service could not fault them. A very enjoyable stay with our 3 year old son, would definitely stay again.

- The pool did have quite a few bugs and rubbish in it with one end of the pool taped off with yellow hazard tape. But still enjoyed being on the rooftop and playing with my son in the pool. - Two water bottles provided in the room but they charge you $6 a bottle. Feel this is a bit strange as the previous 4 Star hotel we stayed in gave us water for free.

All of the staff was great, the breakfast was delicious. We were also given breakfast the day before due to us having a very early flight the morning we were leaving. The room was very clean & when we arrived the room wasn't ready yet, but we were early & we were able to store out luggage until we came back from lunch.

The only negative part about the room was that we didn't know construction was going on and some type of mesh was in the balcony area.

I loved the environment and the pool. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to all our requests. I was celebrating my sisters birthday and they did so much to make her day as special as possible. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. The location was great and everything was walkable. The breakfast was super delicious as well. The check out time is very reasonable as it allows for time to sleep in and not feel rushed.

Loved our cabana room with direct access to the pool deck, and the modernist feeling of the hotel.

The fan in our bathroom did not work, you would press the button hear it try and run and then die. I wanted to tell the staff when we checked out but there was a very long line so I ended up just checking out on my phone. I also thought it was on the expensive side, approx $540 US a night when all fees and tax’s in. I would not include the breakfast again, very limited choices but the American breakfast was good.
