Beautiful place

We are Canadians, first time in Miami. My boyfriend forgot his med at home and needed to replace it immediately. Concierge doesn’t have any information on pharmacies or urgent care locations and phone numbers. It’s a very important information they should have in another to assist customers. It’s usually found easily in hotels around the world. Thank you.

The room was we stay in was nice

Service was extremely bad, they never picked up the phone. My had to go downstairs to the lobby when we needed anything. She saw the phones off the receiver, they told her they do that during busy times. I would hate to have an emergency.

The view is amazing

The floor was filthy. After getting out the shower it was clear it hadn’t been mopped and our white socks were black underneath

I'm Colombian, I arrived from a trip with my mom in the early morning. She's a senior citizen, and they helped us with our room so we could rest. I'm so grateful because my mom was able to rest after a very long trip. Special thanks to Jennifer, who arranged everything, and also to the entire hotel team. They also speak Spanish, and I loved it because my mom could ask questions. Thank you so much to everyone. This trip was incredibly important to me because it was my mom's first time in Miami, and it was great to have the support of the entire hotel staff, even though they didn't know about it. The fitness center is fantastic!!!

They could put a curtain in the bathroom to prevent the shower water from spilling onto the floor. Besides, there are several buildings around, so the room's soundproofing could be better.

This place has one of the nicest gyms I've seen in a hotel. Loved the class offering. Great equipment. Really good work out. Was also impressed by the pool as I like to swim laps for fitness. The whole place really surprised me. Good sized rooms. Super clean. Beautiful sauna/hammam. The kitchen facilities were also really good, although the fridge in my room did freeze my drinks.

Struggle to find anything I didn't like. The pool isn't always in the sun, so around sunset it might be a little chilly. The fridge in my room was too cold and froze my stuff.

The room was amazing and so big with an amazing view, the location also very good..i will put one extra point about the email i send about the refund of deposit the team from gale answered me the next day so very helpful..i appreciate it

So the reception wasnt so friendly, he was bored and no so welcomed to us..she didnt suggest things we could do in the hotel or in miami she just wanna get over it quickly..the breakfast not so good and very expensive (for 5 star hotel i expect more) and lastly, something a bit inconvenient was the last day of our staying some people came to fix our balcony and we couldn’t close the balcony door all night (and has a lot of noise outside because they fix the surrounding buildings) they least the hotel could do is to offer us a free breakfast for this inconvenience

The hotel is brand new, and everything is super clean. All the furniture is made of high quality. They have a very good restaurant on the ground floor, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is brand new and boasts exceptional cleanliness throughout. The furniture is all high-quality, adding to the overall sophistication of the space. The restaurant on the ground floor offers an excellent dining experience, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

There is currently construction next to the hotel, which prevents me from enjoying the balcony. I have requested a room change to address this issue. Furthermore, the outdoor restaurant is not a option for breakfast or lunch due to the ongoing noise and disruption.

I loved staying at Gale. I stayed in the Skyline with 3 rooms and it was very clean, spacious and had amazing view. I would definitely recommend it. I didn't have much interaction with staff other than passing in the lobby, and they seemed pretty friendly and helpful. One thing I wasn't really fond of though, was you have to pay for early check in (this was the first hotel I've experienced this with, of all the hotels I've stayed in) but, thank God for the guy, who was trying to check us in and told us he would waive the early check in cost. Shout outs to him🙂. Great location as well, I could see Bayside, the Pier, and the Kaseya Centre directly from our room. We walked to the Kaseya Centre for the Heat game and got there with ease. I visited the gym, and it was pretty kool as well. We didn't try the restaurants because we brought our own food. Overall, it was a great hotel. I will always book with Gale now, whenever we visit Miami. Hopefully, the Skyline room will be available. 10/10 room.

The accommodation was exceptional—modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The room was well-furnished, spacious, and offered an amazing view. The breakfast was à la carte, fresh, and flavorful, with a great variety to start the day. The location was perfect, with easy access to dining, shopping, and local attractions.

The only downside was that the pool area could get quite crowded during peak hours, making it less relaxing at times.

Beds weren’t comfortable - they sank in too much giving us back issues every morning Parking - only parking available is Valet, but even that was full. Luckily we found public parking close by, but if that wasn’t available they should make sure there’s enough availability for Valet for the number of guests they have
