The room was amazing and so big with an amazing view, the location also very good..i will put one extra point about the email i send about the refund of deposit the team from gale answered me the next day so very helpful..i appreciate it

So the reception wasnt so friendly, he was bored and no so welcomed to us..she didnt suggest things we could do in the hotel or in miami she just wanna get over it quickly..the breakfast not so good and very expensive (for 5 star hotel i expect more) and lastly, something a bit inconvenient was the last day of our staying some people came to fix our balcony and we couldn’t close the balcony door all night (and has a lot of noise outside because they fix the surrounding buildings) they least the hotel could do is to offer us a free breakfast for this inconvenience

The hotel is brand new, and everything is super clean. All the furniture is made of high quality. They have a very good restaurant on the ground floor, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is brand new and boasts exceptional cleanliness throughout. The furniture is all high-quality, adding to the overall sophistication of the space. The restaurant on the ground floor offers an excellent dining experience, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

There is currently construction next to the hotel, which prevents me from enjoying the balcony. I have requested a room change to address this issue. Furthermore, the outdoor restaurant is not a option for breakfast or lunch due to the ongoing noise and disruption.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – so close to everything I needed, making it super convenient. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the pool – it was fantastic! I spent a lot of time there, enjoying the refreshing water and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent amenities!

The views were beautiful, the rooftop pool stunning and relaxing, the location is perfect for downtown activities.

The room was small for the price, the restaurant was nice but very expensive and when you get breakfast included, it is continental and not hot. There was no business center available and parking was $40 per night for hotel guests! Very nice place but overpriced.

The staff was not very knowledgeable about certain things - getting an extra blanket, where we could use drink coupons they provided, etc. the furniture in our room was like vinyl - not the most comfortable. The beds were small and push right up to the walls, so very hard to get two people in.

The hotel was beautiful and the room perfect. The staff - particularly Yasmani and Jorge - were exceptional, going well above and beyond to make our stay perfect - thank you.

Lift not working on arrival so had to walk up nine flights of stairs! Staff were very apologetic and helped with luggage and it was fixed later that day so all good.

Huge fridge with freezer, stove top, oven, washing machine and dryer. Lots of room for luggage. Pool is nice on the 9th floor but it can can get a little windy. Overall great

The vallet was taking looong to get the car, even though it’s over 55usd per day. Fairly minor inconvenience but still an inconvenience

New Property, excellent quality fixtures and fittings.

The house keeping team did not mop daily and I doubt if they’ve mopped in weeks, Whilst walking barefoot around the room the ho to the shower their is so much dirt on your feet. Poor housekeeping isn’t the owners fault the rental is superb.

Modern new hotel in downtown Miami, nice gym open 24 hrs, restaurant, and spa. Suits are big, nice modern decoration with everything you need. Beautiful view. Location is perfect, close to Bayside, Kaseya center, and a lot of restaurants. By the train station. Pet friendly! Excellent cleaning staff.

The hotel is in excellent location, having comfortable rooms with amazing city/sea views. Hotel is very new and clean, and decorated with good taste. Very good breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly. The whole family enjoyed their stay at this great hotel!
