Very modern, convenient unit. Tiny space, but this was expected based on photos, so I was completely happy with it. Everything needed was in place, like the storage for valuables, and the tiny fridge was very cool :) The bed was very comfortable, and the unit was VERY clean. I liked the ambiance lighting and all this stuff for light, temperature, shade curtains control from the iPads. Very comfortable shower with a handheld showerhead, and good temperature control. Shower cosmetics with nice scents without single-use plastic. I like, that they made a switcher near the entryway, that closes the blackout curtans, turns off the light etc, so you can switch off everything before going out with one switcher. Stylish and convenient lobby with many nooks for those who need to have more privacy to take a call without a noisy background. And the lobby bar works pretty late, so that was great, to get a late-night drink or even coffee.

Location was superb, park and kids playground nearby,bayside area and downtown… affordable access to many area with UBER

Breakfast was great- they were very accommodating and obtained a gluten free option for me when it was not available right away. Check in was a breeze and the room was perfect for a home base. Even though it was small, the layout makes smart use of the space. Price was very reasonable, but despite the lower cost, it felt like a high end hotel stay. Wonderful and economical option for a getaway!

Not much- I would say you should go into it knowing the room will be small. Another thing to be aware of is the lights are eco friendly in the hallways, so when you first get off the elevator or open your door, the hallway is dark- the lights turn on when motion is detected. Its also important to note that this hotel has a pop art aesthetic, which means you will see a lot of bright colors, some art that some might consider offensive (we did not- we LOVED all of it, but if you are a little more uptight, I can see this being an issue) and the general vibe is very much geared toward older Gen Z and Millennials. Not the best for kids or older couples who are looking for a more conservative place.

Very nice and modern hotel. The interior is super well decored and the room as well was super nice. We had the room on the 7th floor, so from our window we could see the Miami Arena and the Bayfront, super lovely. The room is comfortable but quite small for two people. The swimming pool on the 12th floor was closed but it would open in just few weeks time and it looked stunning. The hotel is located super conveniently next to the Metromover station, which is a foc train to move in the downtown area. Just 10 minutes walking from the Hotel there is the Bayfront area with lots of shops and restaurants and the hop off and hop on bus stop. In the area of the Hotel there are also very nice venues where to drink wonderful cocktails and dance alternative music. These places are just 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel and the area is very safe during night. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

The bathroom is very little and made just o the shower and the toilette. The sink is in the room. There is no privacy when you use the toilette since the plastic wall around the bathroom is kind of thin and a bit transparent. If you are with your couple is ok, but if you are with a friend could be a bit uncomfortable. There is no parking available at the hotel. On their website it is adviced to check Parking Hero website to book for a parking nearby, please be aware that this website is quite expensive, I booked online and once I got at the parking the man at the entrance would have charged me less than half the price I had already paid. I suggest to get to Miami and go stright to the parking lots, prices are better on the spot than online.

Very good place, right in front of Miami-Dade Arena, very close to bayside marketplace. Cool pieces, great environment.

The only problem is parking. The hotel doesn't have a lot and doesn't offer any solutions. Parking in the closest streets was hard and sometimes we had to park three or four squares away. (Extra: there's a public parking across from the hotel but the prices for night stay were abusive) The room is small. Don't recommend if traveling with kids.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I appreciate the high-tech check-in (I even saved my keycard from last trip to use again AND the system even asked if I wanted the same room as last time--THAT was cool AF!). I love the breakfast that lasts all morning and the selection of foods and the free coffee. I also love the bar. The location is perfect and getting better as more things are opening in Miami Worldcenter. The rooms are perfect size for one person and the bed is super comfy and the water pressure is excellent!!!

The staff gets things done, they always have, but they weren't as friendly as usual. Maybe they were just busier than usual but overall seemed not as personable as I am used to. No greeting from the front desk when walking by, and this morning I never got my coffee at breakfast bc I think she was so busy. Also, random complaint, but having to ask for a mug for tea or coffee during breakfast was annoying. Plus, they need a sign telling ppl to get a new plate/glass at breakfast bc some people are just gross

The staff at the check in wasn’t helpful, they took our IDs for 15 minutes and then told us that we should do the check in on their ipads. The room key wasn’t working the first day.

Positives: Very good price. Location is superb for Downtown Miami and Kaseya Centre. Excellent transport links. Stylish lobby with a very nice bar/breakfast area with food available through the day. Small room not an issue as well equipped, blinds, lighting all controlled by IPad - modern. Good shower - however toilet is in close proximity in the room if staying as a couple, just to be aware. Very clean. Comfy bed. Cool facilities.

Negatives: Self check in pointless as a member of staff was required to help several times in the process which then failed at the end so they had to go through process again. Staff don't deliver a high level of customer service in my opinion, acceptable but not outstanding. Leaving bags before checkout - process completely ridiculous. Long queue after checkout with people waiting to leave/collect bags with inefficient system. Gave up in the end as it looked as though doing this could be a 30-45 mins wait - have not experienced this in any hotel I've stayed in.

An excellent place for a few ights in Miami. Listen, the rooms are small - but they are perfectly formed. The on site facilities are really excellent and the place has a clean, modern vibe. It was quiet at night and situated riught next to the Miami Mover freedom Tower stop making shuttling around easy. If you're going to Brickell on business for exaple its a good place to overnight. The World Centre area is yet another in full construction bloom, so you'll find a load of decent reatsurants, shops, covvee, CVS etc on the doorstep. For the money, this was great.
