the staff and amenities were great

the only thing that was really unacceptable was the policy on the pool & hottub. When you're in business meetings or out al day and you want to enjoy a swim or soak after dinner but the hot tub closes every night at sundown its a ripoff because that feature is why i picked your hotel.

Location close to bayside market area. Full fridge and freezer. Full washer and dryer. Large bathroom. You also get access to gym and pool facilities on level 12.

This is actually a seperate apartment within the yotel/hotel. Had issues with the remote key, only seemed to work with the lifts on my phone the door did not open, luckily my partner downloaded the instructions and we eventually got access. No luggage storage facilities for early arrivals, yotel offer storage $7 per case/bag.

Great , comfortable studio in a hotel complex, thus one gets the comfot of a private studio with the amenities and security and assistance of the hotel. Very nice surprise with the swimming pool- heated, on the 6th floor (outdoors) fo the hotel. Beautiful sunset views from there! Very nice and helpful staff. Perfect locaiton to visit Miani and its neighbourhoods either by car or by public transport (the later not as efficient as in europe though). Parking place very close to the hotel at 15$ a day rate.

everything was great. I missed just a small shelf or a console where one could put down car keys, phone, little things which tend to get lost too easy when you travel.

The view is very nice from the room. I stayed on the 24th floor and loved every bit of it. There’s so much sunlight that comes through the place and it’s very cozy. Building is super clean and calm. I do think the keyless access is nice.

locatipn was nice but there was no free parking for my stay my cost was $60 per day to be close to my rental

no free parking for guest and the shower hardwarwe could preform better more pressure with hand held hose the access to my rental unit was also challenging for me.

Nice location, beautiful shower facilities and comfortable bed with a nice view of downtown miami city.

Front desk staff not too helpful- Poor attitude

They didn’t have my booking from booking.com- not the properties fault- did a lot to help resolve

The gym was really good and well organised. It had a pool.

It is a studio advertised as an apartment. The photos can fool a person. The bed is in the same room as the couch

Location is great. Modern studio apartment. Close to everything downtown.

I needed a long mirror but made it work. Washer and dryer were convenient, but the dryer had a smell.

Very nice and cozy apartment which is very good located. Just a few steps from bayside with shops and bars. Recommend to stay here.
