I recently stayed at the Yotel in Miami and had a great experience. One of the standout features was the convenience of self-check-in and self-check-out. The process was seamless and saved me a lot of time, which I really appreciated. The hotel is also in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the central location is a huge plus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and a prime location in Miami!

The hotel does not offer parking for visitors or complimentary valet service, which was inconvenient for guests with vehicles. Additionally, the lighting in the rooms left much to be desired. It was too dim, especially for those who need to work from their room during the day or at night.

Property was modernized. Loved the decor and functionality, being able to check in on a kiosk was great! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and spacious. The bar staff was very nice and the food was pretty good. (Get the citrus salad)

I was meeting a friend there and couldn’t get to her room because of their keycard system. So you can only go to another floor if you’re with the person who’s on that floor by scanning the keycard. Wonderful for safety, annoying if you just need something from a friend.

I didn't have breakfast because I was told it was not included in my price. I am confused because on Booking it was included. Nonetheless, I walked to get breakfast.

I requested a room with 2 twin beds, I got a king size bed. I was told it was an upgrade, however I didn't desire to sleep with another woman. I ordered what I needed. I guess because you concerned it an upgrade I should be grateful. NOT, I wanted what I ordered.

Got a good deal to stay for a few nights. Comfortable beds, clean and quiet room, good a la carte breakfast, good room service meal, internet worked well, nice city view from the pool area.

Bathroom is basically inside the room itself so it gives very little privacy. Screen mirroring/casting from own device was not working due to hotel-wide system outage. Location is a little dodgy, it feels safe when you are inside the hotel but there is a 7/11 across the street frequented by some drug addicts. There is a Parking in front of the hotel which charges a fortune but we thankfully found a cheaper one nearby thanks to a staff recommendation.

Location was amazing as I was going to a concert in Kaseya Center that is really close. The room was beautiful, and the staff was nice. It was my birthday and I when Jonathan from the hotel knew it sent me a surprise to my room. Breakfast was very good, also the swimming pool area, the shower, the bed.

It was very technological and ant the beggining I struggled with the lighting system. Is not easy to know how to control the lights and use the control switches, so it happened that the first night I couldnt sleep because the lights right over my face in the bed... I couldnt find where to turn them off. There are some place to do improvements too: The mini fridge shoulw be in the "room" area and not in the bathroom area. And in the cube where the WC is there were no bin or brush.

I really liked the fact that you could check in and check out without having to talk to someone. I do recommend this option as we did see a long line to talk to the front desk person. The rooms are cool and modern and the location is central to everything.

I really did not like the advance ligh system they have in the room. It's like you can't just turn on the bathroom lights without turning on all the lights in the room (which annoyed my girlfriend). Also, the bathroom and shower doors don't really close which is kind of annoying. Besides that the stay was really good.

Yummy food, great location. The Miami public transport station is right across the street. I noticed the local pet yard is also right across the street (underneath the transit station) it looked like a cute, safe place to give your pet a run. The Yotel is within walking distance to the Port of Miami. There is a CVS, Ross store, a huge mall and a yummy Cuban Deli also a short distance away. I feel it is an ideal spot for those taking a cruise who need a place to stay before or after their cruise. The morning Yotel staff were nice plus they made some good Cuban coffee. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff were really friendly, breakfast was good. Room was a decent size and clean. Gym and pool, although small, were excellent considering it was one of the more budget friendly hotels in the city.

Will caveat this by saying we arrived after a day of travel and were really tired. However the fiddly touchscreen self check in plus really small signage on how to work the lifts weren't great. Our bed was folded up against a wall and rather than a sticker pointing to the release catch, there was a qr code for vaguely relevant website.

I like the location very much and all the high- end technology.

The doors closed to heavy and sleeping I will wake up by the neighbors slamming them. Also got bill twice!!

Rooms weren’t washed regularly, when walking around barefoot in my room my feet were dirty
