Nice and clean room, just a little smelly, but nothing serious. Very nice area. Magnificent heated pool on the 7th floor with a great city view.

Served breakfast. We prefer a buffet. The hotel is dated.

The location and staff. The hotel has excellent location with high accessibility to various attractions, e.g.: City Centre, Bayfront Park, Bayside, Whole Foods Market, restaurants, etc., Also, the staff was really helpful, especially the lovely receptionist lady who helped me with my check-in during my stay. She provided prompt and great service when we were tired from our cruise trip and gave out lots of information for us to explore Miami downtown. The hotel has high money value when considering staying in Miami Downtown. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back if I travel to Miami again.

The fan in the room was a little tiny bit loud.

The room was very good, in fact it was a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed and a living room with an extendable sofa. I also had a coffee machine, microwave oven, mini fridge, TV in every room. Exemplary cleanliness. The hotel also has a spacious parking lot. The location was amazing. The booking price was really good and the plus was that I didn't pay anything before, only at the hotel when I arrived. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, we felt very well.

Great location, close to the water views, restaurants, and supermarkets at walkable distances. Good staff friendly, free water bottles at front desk which was appreciated.

Housekeeping was not done on the 3 days we stayed, some stains left on the table. The bathroom was very tight, and the location of the toilet was uncomfortable. Breakfast should have been included like a buffet style, which was not, and one needed to order like a regular coffee shop.

Location was great! My mom & I were going on a cruise. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We walked to grab a bite to eat. Our room was nice, clean & quiet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel even provided a sound machine. Many people staying were also going on a cruise. The next day we got breakfast at the hotel. It was really good. I had a breakfast sandwich my mom a breakfast burrito. Coffee was strong & full of flavor. I’m booking this hotel next time we cruise leaving out of the Miami port!

Car parking is not belong to the hotel! Hotel advertised the car parking with the daily rate but be careful, it's a public car park and they charge on every exit. So you may pay more than the daily rate which hotel advertised here.

We were able to check in early directly after arriving from the airport. The location was very convenient. Very walkable to Bayfront area and r downtown restaurants. Shuttle to the cruise terminal was also convenient. $10 per person.

Pool area was nice but no bar or anything up there. Rooms, especially the bathrooms were dated. A room for 4 people was prepared with only 2 bath towels.

We were blown away that when we arrived before 7 am after trying to sleep over night at the airport on New Year’s Eve, our 4pm room was already ready for us. We were beyond grateful for this kindness. The person who did this for us was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, our room was big, quiet, and comfortable. The location was good and the free trolley to Port of Miami was one or two blocks away, which made catching our cruise super convenient!

The only thing we would have liked better was if breakfast had been included.
