everything was great.

fob didn't work in middle elevator. The kids working front desk called me SIR then told me I was not in that room. When I asked him did your just call me sir, in front of my friend Lidia while taking her photo & his co-worker, he lied to me in my face saying he didn't then back track his statement to me in an unfriendly manner and tone of defensiveness.. Felt as if your being dishonest verse just apolgiging for the mistake then his work ethics are not up to standards. Also, lots of standing in front of lobby door entrance was always a task to migrate through.

No breakfast available. Location was very good. The separation of the room was really good or what I wanted.

The whole reception area could’ve been better as far as people knowing what was going on and people giving information.

The spa is amazing

Navigating between the buildings can be a little tricky. The elevators also sometimes did not work with my key tag.

The attached restaurant next door was fine.

the attached restaurant and bar was closed at 3:00pm.

Food was not part of this property's offering. There was both indoor and outdoor pools and spa amenities like: steam room, exercise room, sauna and shower. The area is walkable, views excellent. The complex is right next to a park with a foodtruck court next to it- very nice!

We informed host of a few minor issues, the daily parking rate was higher than originally stated and we checked what the mattress is for the master bed (bamboo) so as to avoid ever owning one (too soft, like a futon bed). Minor things all said.

The view and the look! Its everything that comes to mind when you think of Miami! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The living room and kitchen were very modern. All rooms of our apartment had an amazing view of the bay. The kitchen had all we needed and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. The staff in the building were very helpful and the host communicated very well with us before and after our stay.

No complaints. We wish could have stayed longer.
