Love love the location! Walking distance to so many places and no longer than 7 mins Uber drives.

The location and the view

The room needs some maintenance and a deep housekeeping clean. There was a hole in the wall of the master bedroom, the toilet seat was loose, and so was the kitchen faucet. The ceiling lamp in the dining room was full of dust. The patio furniture and track are in very bad condition. I didn’t complain because the room is beautiful and the view is amazing. If it had been cleaner, I would have given it a 10. Also, the manager never informed me when the room was ready — I had to ask, and there was no follow-up during my stay.

I had an absolutely amazing time during my stay in Miami! Let me start by saying that the view from the apartment was absolutely mind-blowing. It was like being in a dream with such a breathtaking panorama. The service provided was beyond wonderful – the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The communication was seamless and effortless, and they were incredibly caring and supportive, addressing all of my inquiries promptly and directly. I can't recommend this place enough if you're planning a trip to Miami. Trust me, this won't be my last visit. I'm already counting down the days until I can return to this incredible destination!

The quality of the apartment was excellent. Nice layout and view. Nice location near many restaurants and shopping areas.

The check in staff were excellent but the check in procedure is a bit complicated with pictures taken and many ID's copies etc. The lack of luggage storage combined by a relatively early check out (11 am) is annoying. We were told that there was a laundry cross the street providing storage but it was closed on Sunday.

The reservation staff was amazing and the lady named Kate was extremely responsive to a couple of minor issues.

No place to leave the luggage in the building as we had 8 hours after check out before we.could check in at the.airport. Had to drag our big luggage bags half a mile to another location and rent a storing space for few hours.

Excellent location, the staff took care of me as I had a small issue in the first appartment and a solution was found within 30 minutes (thanks to the lovely lady who is handling the key process), views are amazing, the place is spaciousa and convenient.

The vibe/ population in the building (very tacky) - however this not due to Miami Vacation Rentals. I will definitely use their service again!!

The room was very cute, had a sofa, nice tv, kitchen , comfortable bed and bathroom. I loved the balcony and sat out there w wine or coffee It was great location in Brikell and they have some free transport in area to go to local spots. I also used ubers.

Great location, good size room. Great views. Checkout was at 11am but as we had an evening flight, the company extended this to noon.

Nowhere to leave our suitcases once we had checked out, even though we had an evening flight. There was an option to pay to leave the cases in lockers within a dry cleaners further down the road but that facility closed at 4pm.

The location is unbeatable and the place is very spacious and clean!

The place is pretty high up and only 2/5 elevators are working at the time, so it was pretty inconvenient to go up and down.

Excellent location, 10/10 customer service and apartment. Perfect stay overall

Wish the pool staff were more relaxed and allowed toys in the pool for kids
