I used to be in expensive hotels in south beach and I found this AMAZING apartment in downtown Miami which has great location but also incredible amenities. The apartment was stunning with a great view, it’s huge and very comfortable. The host was beyond good with the communication. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!!

Checked in around 5 didn’t have time to catch the amenities. View was nice but noisy. Bed was comfortable. The jets in the tub went off with no water at all at 6:30 am, multiple times which is unexceptable. There was an overhead alarm at 9am. Was difficult to sleep. Wasn’t the experience I thought it was going to be for the money. Valet was not worth it and could have stayed somewhere better. However I did like the space of the condo.

This review is for Apt. 1606 at Icon Brickell W Residences. (We wanted to check out the apartment when a representative accompanied us to the unit, but she said that her job was only to show us where the fob was. We were not allowed to inspect it and report what was wrong. She left the unit in a rush). 1. The mattress caves in, all around, it needs replacement ASAP. 2. The master window covering is peeling by the sides, it has gaps that allows outside light inside at bedtime. 3. It is very noisy. Brickell traffic can be heard at night. 4. The shower is inside a BATHTUB THAT IS 4 FEET HIGH. The description says shower. You have to crawl in and out of that tall tub, without any safety bars. 5. The bathroom flooring is super dirty. Needs deep cleaning. 6. The living room sofa needs to be replaced, it caves in. 7. It is a super abused apartment that needs maintenance ASAP. It is not comparable to the price they are charging. 8. The stove is cracked. Walls has patches, it was painted by someone who has no idea on how to paint. 9. Missing drapes in the living room. 10. The master closet has the living room missing drapes, a broken furniture, a broken mirror, a board, old lamps, old TV, etc. (It is a storage room rather than a master closet). REFER TO PICTURES 11. Missing wall/flooring boards. Broker corners, cracked doors. ANALOGY: We feel like if we went to an upscale restaurant, ordered a $165 chateaubriand filet and was served a .99 cents plain burger, in a cracked plates and glasses, with dirty linen...

Location is amazing, quiet but very central.

Apartment was so dirty and badly maintained. It was not even vacuumed at all; there was dark hair everywhere, even on pillows and towels. We put our shirts on pillows to make sure it was clean enough to sleep. Toilettes are not flushing, everything is sticky and gross. Host is very responsive. It's such a pity!
