The location and room was comfortable with a nice view.

I didn’t like that the Hilton is charging the guests $45 for parking when it should be part of the amenities especially for locals that are traveling by car.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, good breakfast, lunch and dinner options, great pool. We ate multiple meals during our stay and food is not expensive. Good priced gift shop too.

The bathroom exhaust in our room wasn’t as effective as it should be. Overall the staff was very nice during our stay but the front desk seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests arriving and departing on the last day of our visit and were not very attentive. Our return flight was delayed and we wanted a late departure and were ready to pay additional charges but were told our request couldn’t be accommodated as the hotel was fully booked. However, there were still rooms available on booking.com. We would have appreciated a little flexibility considering we had little kids with us and our flight had been delayed. We ended up booking another room at another hotel. Sad!!!

Location: It is near to downtown. Just 3-4 minutes drive. Even walkable. Staff: staff is courteous and very helpful. We enjoyed every interaction. Rooms: are spacious as per Miami downtown standard. Very clean and well equipped. They do not have kitchenette so you have to rely on its restaurants (that are quite good) or food delivery. Beds are bedding are great. Lobby is big and always crowded, you enjoy sitting there. Restaurants, breakfast have good variety of food and they seems very clean and hygienic. Swimming pool is well maintained and just besides the lobby and restaurant. A good place to sit and enjoy. It is not a walkable neighborhood however, you can find some fast-food and superstores very nearby for immediate needs

The property had friendly and welcoming staff, the rooms were nice and the beds really comfy. Location is decent depending on what you are planning to do in Miami. If youre looking to go to the beach most days then the location isnt ideal but also isnt bad as its only a 15-20 minute car journey. If youre looking at doing other things then downtown Miami is a great location

One member of staff complained at us for sitting/lying on a sofa. We were out the way of anyone else who was in there minding our own business. Many members off staff had seen us didnt see a problem with anything. Except one person who decide to go out of his way just to tell us we cant sit like that. Unprovoked and unprofessional in my opinion.

The cleanliness and room sizes were good. It’s a good location.

Mr. Alexander at the guests services. This man refused to send water in my room at 1 in the morning even when I told him I was ready to PAY for the bottles. Very clearly I stated I will pay for it, please send them to my room. He instead asked me to go on different floors of the hotel and try getting from the vending machines since the one on my floor wasn’t working. He has been my only disappointing encounter on our trip to Miami. He made sure to not send water to my room and left us thirsty that night. I mean HILTON has appointed such people as their employees? Never would anyone do that for a basic necessity. Water!!! It was a matter of JUST WATER. No wrong demands were made. He tells a woman at 1 am to go check all the floors for WATER. This is the hospitality I get ?

Really a lot of space in the room, comfortable bed and a huge TV ( for those using it). Early check in was offered without asking for it. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Metromover, bus and supermarket just around the corner. Good choice for one night.

Main negative thing was the street noise during the night, rooms have windows with one glass only. Some minor points in the bathroom, such as a plastic toilet seat and missing tumblers.

I really enjoyed our view from our room. It was overlooking partial city and partial ocean. It was a wonderful view especially to way the sunrise over the ocean. Rooms were exceptionally clean and Hotel staff was very pleasant next time I am in Miami, I will be coming back.

The only thing that I did not like is the time it took for us to get parked and put into our room. The only parking space available was Valet and was only one worker. Other than that, everything was fantastic and will be coming back for another stay.

Warm welcome with a bonus of early check-in. Fabulous foyer. Good location. Lots of cruise travellers. Incredible room on 10th floor with wrap-around windows-simply amazing. Comfortable beds Safety deposit box. The supermarket is very near.

The cost of a shuttle to the cruise port, was 10 dollars per person, $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids, although overpriced was easy. The pool is closed for maintenance, with the pool open this hotel would be exceptional. Slightly old fixtures and fittings in the bathroom- walk-in shower needed as well as modernization project.

The breakfast was very delightful and delicious.The location is very good because the view is very magnificent and beautiful.

I think that the waffles and pancakes could be better, in terms of flavour. Also I am not very satisfied with the elevators. They take a very long time to actually reach the floor when required. I have experienced it many times when I was staying. The day I was leaving I had quite a few suitcases and were standing there waiting for an elevator for more than 20 minutes. This is not efficient when you have to catch a flight or cruise.

Very close to cruise port, and as an added bonus one block from Public Grocery Store, and the Elevated Tram that takes you to Pier 5, and many points down town, Tram is free, and easy to use, PD or Transit Police on most Trams or Station. We were on 18 floor over looking at the cruise port and downtown. The food at Restaurant/Bar was very good, we ate our Turkey Dinner here. They serve Starbucks at the bar in the morning. Pool water is clean and warm, with a nice seating area around the pool and outdoor dining area with tables w/umbrellas. I definitely can recommend the Hilton Down Town

Prices for things like bottle soda or a beer just seem really high. You can go to Public and save, that's my only complaint,
