The condo is clean, towels and linen are clean. Perfect location close to everything. Hosts/ Rocket stay had a surprise of some snacks/chocolates upon arrival. They have been always helpful, this was my second year renting. Hosts will follow up with you if everything is ok with you.

The building itself is old and needs major paint/remodelling

Great location, just a 1-minute walk to the bay where you can enjoy the amazing view! The place is spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It has all the necessary amenities too. Last but not least, the team was always available for me and very kind with my requests.

If there’s noise on the street, you can hear it easily, but otherwise, it’s peaceful and quiet.

Contact with the staff was very easy and they were ready to help with anything at anytime. I liked the location of the apartment and its accessibility with the door code. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The kitchen was quite dusty and not very clean. At the beginning we didn't have linens and towel for the third person, even though we paid for 3 people - the staff quickly delivered the missing items, however the first night we had to handle without them. It was also quite cold and we didn't get any blankets.

the place had a fully functioning kitchen, and the entire place is quite spacious! The hosts were the friendliest hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with and were helpful with every request. The bed is huge and quite comfortable. The shower is also very large! First accommodation I’ve stayed in that really felt like a home rather then just a place to sleep.

My only critique is that whoever is employed to take care of the gardens, does this between 7 and 8am on a Saturday morning (including leaf blowing) - although this is completely out of the owners control and may have been a one off

I have only good things to say about this property. The proprietary and the apartment itself were more than we expected. Only good things to report!!! Thanks a lot!!!

Location was amazing, Super convenient way of receiving the key code to get in. Very fast and professional support. Cozy place AND Neighbour is amazing heheh

The trip was too short hah

I liked the convenience of the facility loved that there was an assigned space to park the car, The Pool was a great touch we took advantage of it.

the main windows in the living space had very poor shades all BROKEN and it did not feel good to be exposed when in at night. The pool area was not great and the water was not maintained clean in all ways the water the pavement the pool itself and the furniture was pretty old and non appealing at all. The pool furniture should be upgraded even if with used pieces that are in better condition than what is available now.

The apartment was so clean , king size bed :))) The quiet place , friendly neighbours. only 15 min to the Miami Beach. Totally recommended !

The location was 100/10 and it was safe. The host, staff and everyone from their team did a great job from communication to cleanliness. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come back.
