We travelled to Miami after staying in New York for 4 nights visiting from the UK and this was absolutely perfect for our stay in Miami. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, the interiors were really aesthetically pleasing and we thoroughly enjoyed having the space, especially after a NY hotel. The apartment was in a great location and as we’d hired a car it was really re-assuring to have a safe gated car park available. We were able to check in on time without any issues and was a really easy process, check out was just as easy. We were surprised that it was just a short walk from the design district with all the designer shops so it was a brilliant location to stay in. This was our first time visiting Miami and we would definitely visit and stay with Nomada Destination Residences again.

Everything was beyond great. You can see the care throughout the details, from the cosmetic towels, to the dishwasher/washer detergents available as a complimentary amenity. You can also count on every utensil or kitchen appliance you can think of. The units are super well stocked in that regard. And everything is clean and new, towels and linen as well, all spotlessly tidy! Staff is very sweet and thoughtful and super easy to reach, a wonderful experience as practical as a hotel would be. I was kind of skeptical about staff availability, but pleasently surprised, when I reached out I was immediately assisted! And for me personally the highest of hights is the parking spot included at the stay. This is definitely a great competitive differentiator. I'll for sure consider Nomada for my future visits to Miami, amazing space, everything was clean and cute and also the building amenities (such as pool, fitness space and mini market) were very good!

Not that I didn't like, but I see room for improvement on two topics - 1) the couch is indeed not as comfortable as the bed and the chairs. To watch some TV is fine but I wouldn't recommend if you are considering as a sofa bed. Book a two room unit instead, it will definitely be a great solution. 2) no blackout shutters, if that is something that might be an issue to you, make sure to bring a sleeping mask. For me personally that is not an issue, but I see it might be a make it or break it situation fore others. Besides that I loved the stay, and would recommend and book it again when I have the chance.

The apartment was comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for!

1. No instructions on how to work the 2 very, very complicated TV's - streaming services, wifi connections, several remotes and no instructions or what streaming services available to us. 2. The front desk personal of the building could have been more helpful but just said "talk to your host". For example; The first night we arrived I asked about any good breakfast places nearby? - Answer; "I don't eat breakfast"...really??? These are the first people you meet, they could be more helpful!

We booked a two bedroom apartment with partial sea view. Perfect size, the apartment has all the comforts. The balcony with chairs and a table allows you to enjoy the view and the atmosphere. The heated pool is the icing on the cake! The design district is really nice and a 5 minute walk from the building you can reach shops and restaurants. We had a car and we were able to take advantage of free parking, which is really rare in Miami.

The shower didn't work very well, the water pressure wasn't at its best probably because the shower head hadn't been cleaned of limescale. Also, for a hotel of that level, I find it absurd to provide the bathroom with only one mini-size tube of shower gel and conditioner and ask for a payment for any refills. The mattresses in both rooms were really very uncomfortable!

The room was clean and comfortable and the process to get the keys on check-in was easy. Parking was super easy and convenient and enjoyed the included assigned parking spot.

If your room faces the road, it is super loud. The hwy entrances are less than a block away and the Biscayne Blvd has lots of traffic at all hours of the day/night. Drivers love to honk so be prepared to hear honking during the day and night. The wash/dryer machine or closet area made some weird clicking noises after it was used, that noise continued all night and it was super annoying.

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated how spacious the rooms were, with plenty of storage space for our clothes and the convenience of being able to wash and dry laundry in the room. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for different types of cooking, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We also found it useful that the couch could be converted into an additional bed. The narrow balcony provided lovely views, and the cleanliness of the apartment was truly impressive. Although this is more of a short- or mid-stay apartment rather than a standard hotel, we were glad to see that basic amenities were still provided in the bathroom. The pool area, complete with a grill and a gym, made our downtime enjoyable, and the 24/7 front desk was extremely handy. Free parking was a huge plus, especially in a city like Miami where parking can be expensive. We also loved the location, with just a short stroll to the design district for luxury shopping, and about 2 kilometers to the vibrant Wynwood art district. A couple of larger grocery stores were within walking distance too. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and next time we might prefer a room facing the ocean for an even better view.

On the downside, we occasionally found traffic noise a bit distracting at night, although we did eventually get used to it. If you need assistance over the weekend and choose to communicate through the booking.com message system, response times might feel a bit slower. In our case, everything we needed was sent well ahead of our arrival, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Lastly, it would have been nice if the bigger pool were heated, as it would have made swimming more comfortable. Despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Miami.

I stayed here @ apartment 310 from 15-21 July & then decided to come back for the rest of my stay. This place is amazing & real gem in Miami. The location is amazing near Miami design district. The apartment is clean & has everything you need. The host are responding & very cooperative. I had an issue during my stay & they solve it efficiently. Almost the only place I found around the area with free parking! I have to mention the front desk lady McMichael, she is super helpful & sweet,, thanks to her for remembering my name when I came back for my 2nd stay! Definitely I will come back.

Since its residential building not a hotel, there is no daily cleaning services & if you want a service you can pay $150 (which is pricy). I wish if they provide a vacuum in the apartment. Also, you can not choose which apartment you will stay in (via booking at least), & each apartment has its own furniture. One apartment we had during our 2nd stay had very hard bed mattress & I had to ask to shift to apartment #310. They helped us & agreed to shift us to 310. other than this everything were PERFECT!

The apartment is located in a modern block in the Design District. We particularly liked the pool and the view from the pool deck. The bed was comfortable and the apartment modern and spacious.

The saucepans were severely scratched and unusable, and there was no kettle, as indicated in the inventory. After bringing these issues to the owner's attention, a new set of saucepans was promptly dispatched. The kettle, though promised, never appeared.

for 5 days stay they only give you 1 shampoo , height of my small finger, and if you request more you have to pay for it(it s on detail) its really far from miami beach do not confuse sea location with miami beach price is a little high for what you get ( apartment, location) -pool: because surrounded by building, always in shadows and water is never warm otherwise nice pool

Its a very quiete and fresh property which it helpt me to heal from burnout. I loved the Palms from my balcony. There is a system in the room if there is noise it does give notice to management i guess however it didnt work for upstairs. Location of property was very nice. I used the gym and gym is not bad for regular people. I liked the architecture of the pool area.

When you walk in to the building there is extremy heavy male parfume smells and it feels like a man bedroom more than hotel lobby. I think it was very irritating. Pool water was dirty. That makes you concern about your health ofcourse. I think there could be better sunbeds if I compare to general architecture in pool area.
